Nice building, partially abandoned. It's a pretty romantic and peaceful place, you can go camping and watch the sunsets in summer. The view from the roof opens onto the whole city.

The building is magnificent. Without a doubt, one of the attractions of the city. It's funny that the modern Estonian government is not able to keep him in a normal state. Meanwhile, inside there is a huge concert hall for several thousand people and a marina complex built for the Olympics 80. As a result, there is no money to disassemble, and no money to maintain. A great place for a promenade. The view of the Baltic Sea at sunset is amazing. I visit at any time of the year, day and in any weather.
