We stayed for one night in December 2019. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to shopping centers, 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. The standard room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is delicious. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception - there are absolutely no problems with communication. Very nice girls. In the morning we checked out at 10 a.m.- went for a walk (the ferry departed for Stockholm in the evening) - things were left on the 1st floor in a storage room. They returned in the evening, took it away - no problem. In the city, they moved from Yandex taxi (bus station - hotel, and on the trail. Day to the port ) The cost of the trip is 2.3- 3 euros. But! Please note! There is a very small parking lot for cars - you will have to park across the street in the shopping complex. This is not a problem, but when you check in, you may find yourself with nowhere to park the car to unload your suitcases. You can, of course, stand among taxi drivers under a forbidding sign, but it's annoying. Therefore, before checking in, just call the hotel and they will explain to you in Russian how best to proceed.
And the hotel is pleasant, and it's a 5-7-minute walk to the old town ...
And I would ask the hotel management to somehow solve this issue (the only one that bothered us a lot). For example: report via booking.com where and how to park upon check-in, give a diagram of the entrance to the hotel and the placement of the courtyard parking; put a sign at the entrance with an explanation visible directly from the car; when sending a booking notification to the client's email, send detailed information for those arriving by car.
