On a trip to Istanbul, we stayed at a hotel within walking distance to Taksim Square. The square is located in the central part of Istanbul. Walking along Istanbul's main walking street Istiklal, you come to the square, which is a place of mass celebrations for both the local population and tourists. The cultural center named after him is located here.Ataturk, consulates, university, mosque, hospital, hotels, park, numerous cafes, chain stores, souvenirs, roasted chestnuts are sold...
