I liked the first ride in a taxi. SMS system about when the car left, numbers, color, fare, etc. I was delighted with the system. I think I'll save up. Prices are more or less. The drivers were good)
But then, one by one, drivers began to come across, to put it mildly, assholes. Two - exactly! There was an idea that they began to select the "special ones".
This did not happen even if I was catching a car on the road!It was the first time I was molested by a taxi driver! Loud music with songs by the band "Krovostok", jokes about my phone "Don't be afraid, I won't take it away", a request to refuel on the way (fortunately, the gas station was closed), "tremulous" conversations on the phone with a girl about plans for the evening.
I think I probably shouldn't have complained to the administration.
I've never had this before!

On May 30, at 19.50, I called a taxi in Odessa, the girl wrote down the address and there were noises on the phone, I said I couldn't hear well and she hung up.She spoke in such a voice, as if I was distracting her from something very important.There was no text message, no car, no one called.I am very disappointed, I will not use the services of this company anymore.

They promised to bring the car in 2 hours after my call. It's been a hard day. Snowstorm. But they didn't even warn me that the car wasn't coming, and I couldn't get through. I asked the dispatcher three times. "Are you sure there will be a car?". I'm not from outer space. I understand that it is difficult to move around the city. But why promise!? Catch a dislike!
