I called the number on the website on 04/16/24, ordered a taxi from Simferopol to Yalta. I called in advance, a day in advance. The car was needed in the morning at the railway station at 5:30 a.m. I left 2 of my contact numbers. The operator promised that the driver would contact her the night before. As a result, the driver did not call in the evening, no one contacted in the morning either, there was no car, the operator did not answer the calls either. I had to urgently look for another taxi early in the morning. After a while, no one got in touch. Awful. I do not recommend it
