The first time I decided to use the services of this taxi ..... and immediately the guys got into the prosak.... The dispatcher gives me an explanation that the car will need to be expected within 40 minutes and it is not yet a fact that the driver will agree to carry out this trip, while clarifying that I will be contacted again on this issue. It means 35 minutes pass, no one calls me, I decide to re-type myself, the same friendly and friendly voice of the dispatcher, I clarify her question, they say, allegedly with my order, to which I receive an answer that the cars are all busy and that the car will be in my area in about 20 minutes, while the dispatcher repeats to me that it is not a fact that the driver will carry out this trip and at the same time says that they will contact me. Well, here's the result: the last call to this taxi service was made at 21.00, now 06.37, I'm still waiting for that cute and promising, hopeful dispatcher to contact me and still tell me that all drivers of this taxi service refuse to make a trip with animalsDear dispatcher, but it seems to me that thanks to you, I'm starting to feel like Hachiko, or, kae zhdun. В 4 часа утра, когда в других службах такси почему-то не было свободных машин, в этой службе и машина нашлась, и цена адекватная, и водитель приветливый. Спасибо, Алексей,, домчал к поезду

Подвели очень сильно. Заказала с вечера машину, ещё переспросила, точно приедет и не опаздает ли. Диспетчер заверила, что приедет как положено ко времени. Утром за 5 минут до назначенного времени раздается звонок и диспетчер сообщает, что машины не будет. Как так можно??? Мне на работу, ребенку в школу. Никогда больше не обращусь в эту службу, они не надёжные. Будьте аккуратны.
