I've never written negative reviews either. But!!! I spent a day getting home. I finally arrived in Orsha at 3:00 a.m. I called from the 135 service and immediately warned that I had 2 suitcases with me. The dispenser refused my call in a preachy tone. You can't put a suitcase in the trunk, there's a gas cylinder in there. And you can't put a suitcase in the back seat either! The dispatcher doesn't speak expertly, which immediately makes me want to answer her in the same tone! I hope the management will finally pay attention
to the reviews and fire this lady!!! There is no complaint against the drivers of this service: they behave culturally and politely.
04/14/2025 a taxi call was made. Taxi driver Sergey Shcherbenok. Rude service. I didn't want to go where I needed to go.. Besides, he talked boorishly and got personal, and insulted. My mother went to the pharmacy to buy medicines. How such drivers are hired as taxi drivers. Take action.
I called to ask if I could order a taxi to the point in half an hour , they answered so rudely that they couldn 't and abruptly dropped it . I didn't have time to say anything, to ask anything. Is it normal to communicate with clients???? Never contact this company, it 's just terrible. I hope they close .
