I've been using 135 for many years now. Maybe I'm lucky, but in most cases the car will be found and the drivers will be adequate, they don't impose unnecessary communication, which is very important for me. The cars from the larger one are in a clean condition. Today it was especially pleasant when the driver heard about my migraine and offered me a pill and water. I think this kind of care will be pleasant for everyone.

We called a taxi for the guest in the app. The order was not accepted for a long time, it was canceled. The taxi driver calls, shouting that he is already heading our way and asks why we called a taxi at all. He insults the receptionist's girlfriend, calls her insane, and threatens to come to her and demand money for a false call. We would like to note that we always use the services of taxi 135, and this is not the first time we have encountered rudeness from drivers.

I also believe that this is a violation of the rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus. I think that the dispatcher behaved incompetently and disrespectfully towards me. The girl operators say that there are no cars, ask to call back in a couple of minutes and hang up, the last time I called 11 times, in the end they never found the car. Asked to call back when there is a car, they say there is no way to call back to the Russian number.

I wanted to share with you such a case, today a car with the license plate 9372 Skoda on the sides 135 was moving at the intersection and almost hit my child. I started calling to find this driver somehow, they gave me the phone number of the administration where I can leave a complaint, but there is no such number! I called back again to clarify the phone number, the number was the same! If this review is read by the administration, then please punish this driver! Hiding is despicable !

Wednesday 4.01 there are no cars, the dispatcher hangs up without waiting for the client to finish the conversation, and then the senior dispatcher suggests calling every minute to look for a car - the rules of work with the client are an unknown curiosity for this office. While other services have cars available and the pick-up time is 2-7 minutes.
I strongly do not recommend the service. I have no complaints about the drivers, they don't even get a kick out of working there.

For short distances (4-5 km), prices do not differ, for large ones it turns out a little more expensive. But not by much and not at any time. For example, during rush hour at 135 the price is lower. And when the demand is not great, it is 1-2 rubles more expensive.
Too often they have "no cars yet, try later." And in the rain, the probability of calling a taxi of this service is almost zero. They should somehow keep track of enough cars for all neighborhoods and at all times of the day.
Perhaps the most adequate service that still controls its drivers and, with shoals, justice can be achieved. If you want everything to go smoothly, then you should not take risks with Yandex and the like...
