The most important thing for hotels in Istanbul is to match the description and photos! Decent apartments, polite staff help to lift bags and lower them at check-out. The iron was provided. Water is replenished every day, tea, coffee and cream in excess. Cleanly. The air conditioner is working. Wi-fi works great too. There is YouTube on TV, it won't be boring. The street is relatively quiet. To poloschad and the metro Taksim 7 min. There are 2 supermarkets nearby that are open right late. It's not the first time we've been going. We didn't have time to book (there are no seats. So if you are comfortable with the location, take it without hesitation!

I must say right away that my husband chose the hotel. Interesting design, excellent breakfasts, the location is good, except for the height difference (walking with a suitcase from the Taksim or Havaist metro station is not very convenient, but not critical). Our room was very comfortable, but there was no cleaning or towel change during the entire stay. The mattress is terribly stained. The towels are grey, the pillows are small and only one at a time. I definitely won't come here a second time, despite the very good staff at the reception and kitchen.
