Water is replenished every day, tea, coffee and cream in excess. Cleanly. The air conditioner is working. Wi-fi works great too. There is YouTube on TV, it won't be boring. I must say right away that my husband chose the hotel. Interesting design, excellent breakfasts, the location is good, except for the height difference (walking with a suitcase from the Taksim or Havaist metro station is not very convenient, but not critical). Our room was very comfortable, but there was no cleaning or towel change during the entire stay. The mattress is terribly stained. The towels are grey, the pillows are small and only one at a time. I definitely won't come here a second time, despite the very good staff at the reception and kitchen.
