The atmosphere in Takhta is cozy and beautifully designed, combining traditional Armenian charm with modern touches. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented - especially the local specialties. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

It is in gorgeous Takhta area of Dilijan. Polite and helpful waiters. I would have given 5 starts if the food was better and tastier and staff were not staring at our table from behind the kitchenwindow. But I will definitely visit there in different seasons

A super unstable place.
We visited on weekends and during the season - it was not bad.
We went in on an October Thursday. It was something. Boarding - 2 tables.
The waiter is barely alive. Completely uninterested in anything. Well, I accepted the order - thanks already.
Armenian coffee is the worst I've ever drunk. Empty, watery. The feeling that they regretted putting coffee on or brewed it a second time.
The rice on the side is just empty. Without oil, salt or anything else.
Bread basket - 2 pieces of pita bread, 2 buns and 2 pieces of baguette. I have never seen such a shame in Armenia, especially considering how delicious the bread is here.
We ordered 2 salads, grilled chicken, rice, arishta, barbecue, cake. So you forgot the barbecue! After 40 minutes of waiting, when we reminded them, they said "2 minutes Turkish" and went to put it on the grill.
As a result, we asked to put the barbecue with us. So that's the cherry on the cake! I'll attach a photo. They didn't put anything, neither onions, nor herbs, nor sauce, nor pita bread to the meat. In general, the pitch is for a strong stake. The meat is over-dried.
Oh, yes. Cake. Just bread. The photo is also attached.
When they left, no one even asked about the quality of the service.
But we are not proud and we have told everything.
As a compliment received: sorry.
The bottom line is this: you can take a chance, and maybe you will like it, or maybe not. But if you want to have a good meal, look for another place.
As many have written, the interior is not bad, they cook one at a time, the service is very weak.

A good restaurant, I recommend it!
We had dinner several times while staying at the hotel.
The restaurant's emphasis is on meat/grill. It is cooked perfectly, there are many different types.
I recommend everything in general. We tried chicken, veal, pork ribs, Armenian rolls (see photo).
The restaurant serves large vegetable salads, which is important for me personally. It's nice that cucumbers are served peeled.
If you want wine in a bottle, but do not want to drink it all, then you can leave it the next day (although this is not explicitly offered)
The place meets the standards of a good modern restaurant. Attention to detail is evident.
Of the small disadvantages, I did not stumble upon the author's dishes, which would be the hallmark of the place. Personally, I will remember a wonderful vegetable salad) and I also remember French fries with a rich potato flavor and clearly felt flesh
The prices correspond to the center of Yerevan and it seems to me justified. I would expect an average of 10 thousand drams per person. The portions are large, but you'll probably order a lot of everything.
Total - a really good restaurant in Dilijan. It will definitely add pleasant emotions to you during your vacation.

The food is delicious, the service is fast. The young waiters don't understand Russian or English. You can only point at the menu with your finger. But they very kindly turned on the heating lamps on the terrace, where it was cool.

A gorgeous place! The interior! Cleanliness! Parking!
I couldn't have dinner outside, it's not much worse inside, the waiter is wonderful and courteous. Everything was brought very quickly and everything was sooooo delicious! We came from Georgia to finally have a delicious meal. The prices are very decent! Submission - take a picture on Instagram - I don't want to be with two children, they tasted everything and liked everything. For the record, we wanted freshly squeezed juice, but unfortunately we ran out of fruit and two orange juices were brought to us at the expense of the institution. It seems to be a trifle, but I have not seen such courtesy for a long time. I recommend it!!!

The food is normal, but the service is terrible.
My order was mixed up and they brought trout kebab instead of trout with unagi sauce. I reported this, they brought me the right dish "as a compliment." And the receipt included a barbecue. When asked why, they replied: "You've already tasted the dish, so we couldn't take it back." How I was supposed to understand without trying that they didn't bring me what I ordered is unclear. At the same time, I took one piece of this kebab, the rest remained.
As a result, we paid for a more expensive dish that we had not ordered.
But even without taking into account this incident, the service is poor: when necessary, you can't wait for the waiter, and when you don't need to, the three of them stand in the middle of the hall and loudly figure out some of their questions. The receptionist drills the cleaners in front of the guests — also quite loudly. Only the hostess is nice and friendly.
In general, the kitchen is not so delicious to put up with all these misunderstandings. I don't recommend it.

The wine was warm.
The lamb meat was too greasy, not ah. Salad with salmon- and there is not only salmon, but also carrots with garlic! Instead of bruschetta, they brought a sandwich with fish, delicately decorated with a branch of dill and capers.

a new rest, with a touch of design and interior, everything seems to be done beautifully and that's it. the food is where it should not be salty and without spices, where it should not be spicy and it is impossible to eat. the service sucks. none at all. He doesn't give a damn. in general, there are better places in Dilijan. It's definitely not worth coming here.

We booked a table for 2 people in advance. We were offered a table with 1 chair, almost in the doorway, around which the waiters run from the kitchen to the veranda. The waiters said that it is impossible to move the table to a closed door, since a closed door is the main entrance 🤡💩
Stupid and ugly on their part. It's hard to get from the center, and it's even harder to get back, so I don't advise you to go here initially.
