There is slow service everywhere in Goris (which is understandable — a small town, most restaurants do not have enough waiters), but Takarik broke all records. We waited for food for more than an hour, while during that hour they brought us only compote, and they could not bring greens and pickled beets, which do not even need to be cooked. The staff is ungracious, I can't recommend you to visit.
A great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think it's the best in Goris. The food is on the level, both meat eaters and vegetarians will like it. And there is also a great chance to get to know the locals who are having dinner and immediately arrange for a car, a guide and so on.
It's not a bad place. For Goris, it's generally five points. They are visited by locals, which speaks volumes. Be sure to try the river mountain fish fried in a frying pan. It's just awesome. The rest, as well as Armenia's vendetta, is at the level of
