We were at the chocolate factory for a master class with a guided tour. We had the most diverse company: from a 4.5-year-old girl to adult men interested in the specifics of production, so it turned out a little longer than planned, but everyone liked something) in total, we stayed on site for about 3 hours.
The first stage: a lecture about cocoa and cocoa culture, where chocolate came from in general. There is also a story about what exactly happens to the grain during the cooking process.
The second stage: a master class. Here we prepared our own kinder surprise, cast candies and painted with chocolate, and then made a medallion.
The third stage: tea party with tasting.
It feels like the people who meet us are very passionate about their business, testing different productions and are ready to share details with anyone interested. We are honestly ready to repeat the instructions several times, help and prompt everyone, which is especially captivating. There is also a sincere interest in spreading the culture of artisan chocolate and instilling a love for high-quality products.
The manufacturing process, of course, is a delight for people of all ages) to mix, decorate, work with the mass, cast an egg! And at the same time, everyone got something of their own, real and delicious) even a toy was put inside.
About 12 types of products were offered to us for tasting, each a little bit, but if you listen to the taste, it turned out to be quite enough to eat deliciously.
An interesting experience, I recommend it.
Была у них на мастер-классе по созданию шоколада. Его проводила Диана - удивительно влюбленная в свою работу женщина, было здорово послушать и сделать шоколад своими руками. Спасибо!
