My wife and I became regulars of this institution a long time ago, and we still are.
There are several objective reasons for this.
1. Attentive, friendly staff
2. Cozy atmosphere.
3. Zoning.
4. Holiday programs
5. Discounts
6. Fresh games on the console
7. Delicious hookahs and good temperature control of coals.
8. Live music (on certain days)
9. Board games.
Minuses:
1. The music gets louder towards late evening. It becomes not very comfortable to communicate.(Some of my friends would disagree with this point.)

One of the best establishments in Minsk. We often visit. It is comfortable, cozy, there is a curling iron to play, there are no time limits for hookah, as in some establishments, they cook, including what is not on the menu (pancakes with sour cream). The waiters are pleasant and friendly. The interior is decorated depending on the holidays. There are always good places without reservations. The toilet is beautiful. Good luck to the administration and owners in their development, you are cool!
