Hello everyone I live and work in Astana, Karaganda is my homeland! Therefore, when he sees a familiar institution, there are many branches in Astana, he decided to have a cup of tea. What is not unimportant is that everything is clean: the floor, tables, chairs , bathroom ( toilet seat too ) . I was treated to a large white cup of tea with lemon and my favorite potato pie, then they poured boiling water on the second cup and I went for a walk around our beautiful and native Karaganda with a good impression! The main thing is to keep this level and everything will be fine!

It was on Saturday, a nice little place, the desserts were delicious, but the staff was not very good. I witnessed a conflict between staff and clients, and also a rather rude attitude. In addition, that day half of all the tables were dirty, the staff stood free and did not clean, we had to wait for a table to be free.
I decided to give another chance and came on Monday, there was a different staff. This time it was clean, but there was a very long service, although we only ordered tea and cakes from the counter. I saw that at first they let everyone go after us and only then began to collect our tray . At first they mixed up the tea, then they prepared a drink diluted with boiling water, completely unlike sea buckthorn tea, apparently they did it in retaliation for having to brew tea again (
It is a pity that in such a good institution the service staff does not match .

There is no cringe pathos, which is usually present in the confectionery-coffee shops of Karaganda. The coffee is brewed quite ordinary, but at the level, the pastry is just super! Delicious, fresh, moderately sweet, they are not afraid to experiment and mix flavors. Well done!
