The location is great! Central, close to everything, near a beautiful park. The hotel in the business center from 24 to 30 is on some floor. The views are therefore very good. The reception is 1 m. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. The furniture is new, and water is brought in every day. The breakfasts are good. No champagne, but still decent. On the downside: there is no gym, pool, or spa. The restaurant is open only for breakfast. You won't be able to have dinner, because there are plenty of places in the area for this.

The hotel definitely does not pull in 5 stars, so make no mistake by looking at the star rating. There are a lot of nuances for the work of the hotel team - the quality of room cleaning, the richness of breakfasts and even the smell of washing powder used to wash bed linen - all this requires additional attention.
The location of the hotel is excellent, although the view on the one hand may be on the city (which is good), and on the other - directly on the building under construction nearby (you can wave to the builders, but you probably won't want to open the curtains).
In general, it pulls to the 4th, but there is still a lot of work there. The lobby is empty and dreary somehow, the place needs to be "revitalized". And in order to just sleep, there are plenty of options in Tashkent.
