Hello. New hotel, panoramic views, the area is good. I changed the number twice. Breakfast with dried pickled cucumbers, old 3/4 day bread, fresh drinks, lots of nuts and dried fruits. There is nothing to dry things on, the room is not cleaned, the water is not replenished. The hair on the robes and towels, the traces of drawings on the tiles from the craftsmen are pronounced. I knocked out a dental kit at the reception, a bad Russian at the reception. High ceilings, a large modern TV, but not a working one. The lamp in the bathroom is blinking. The elevators are reliable. There is a solid construction site around the building, there is a lot of dust. To spend the night for one night, I will choose another offer for a long stay.
I am very disappointed with this hotel. Unfortunately, I chose not based on reviews, but on stardom and price… Apparently, in Uzbekistan, stardom is given for unknown reasons ... The review will be honest and objective: 1. The ordered transfer (for an additional feeby the way) at a room price of $ 250 /day (!) in fact (booking through Booking, taking into account fees)- Transfer for $ 25 , which I waited at the airport for half an hour at night. And it would be worth calling a Yandex taxi for 22,000 sums :) If roaming works from Russia, Yandex taxi will arrive without any problems. About this, I called the hotel several times about the transfer…
2. There is no booklet with information about the hotel in the room, you need to find out all the information (about where and when breakfast is served, whether there is a spa, fitness room, restaurant in the hotel) on your own initiative from the hotel staff who speak poorly in Russian
3. The gym, even a lousy one, is completely missing, although there is a mention of it on the website : (sad. No pool, no gym, no spa… How is this possible in *****?
4. Damn, there is not even a restaurant (for money) in the hotel. This is nonsense for me at all for a hotel with a cost of $ 250|day!!!
5. Breakfast is a separate topic. I was the only guest there and 2 waiters walked around me (apparently so that I wouldn't eat too much)… Very obsessive, I wanted to eat and run away faster
6. In the continuation of breakfast: there is not much to eat: eggs, omelets and no normal food at all… There are French fries, sliced potatoes, cheese, vegetables and obviously not the first freshness of bread…
7. The TV in the room is also not working. Not a room, but a hostel for an overnight stay, in a word. Well, Carl, not for the same money! Several times in the afternoon, they poked the TV, left with the words "5 minutes" and did not return. I had to be more persistent and report the problem to the reception several more times. Although it didn't help either.
Unfortunately, this is an unpleasant impression I have, which speaks about Uzbek gouging:(Even a glass of juice with a piece of Napoleon was not a "compliment" for a broken TV, because there are many problems in this hotel and it only deserves ***** for the price|quality discrepancy.
The horror! The air conditioner does not work, 27 degrees, sunny side, windows do not open. Problems with wi-fi. Practically didn't work in the room.
The claims of the hotel staff are resolved by leaving. All you hear is that 30 minutes / hour and everything will get better, the air conditioner will work and it will not be so hot. It's not hot, this sauna is already working! Where's the bar, where's the restaurant? There's nothing there, just breakfast. Islet make a change in the description of the hotel, mislead! They say: order room service, which is impossible to stay in because the air conditioner is not working. But there is no booklet, no names of dishes, and it is impossible to get through to the reception. Money thrown away, a spoiled impression.
