I was in this cheese factory in October 2024. The menu is the same as you of the whole network – thoughtful, hearty and delicious. Prices are higher than in similar restaurants in Yerevan, but this is expected for a Cheese factory.
I can't say that the staff here is very friendly, I would like to see more attentive staff. In particular, I think it is important to clarify before serving the dishes in what order to take them out.
I liked the food, I recommend going in, there is good European cuisine here. The salad with tomato strachatella turned out to be very large, it pleased me😄 The lasagna is also delicious, the portion is large, except for it you can not take anything — you will definitely eat)

Never again.
They may be cheese experts, but the rest of it is terrible.
I ordered a barbecue. They brought something like a soup set, only toasted. More than half were bones, 20 percent were just fat. We managed to get 80 grams of meat from this dish. The homemade salad consisted of a dozen cherry tomatoes, 2 basil leaves and half a teaspoon of onion.
A tip of 10% is printed on the bill unconditionally. As I understand it, because few people leave them voluntarily.
After dinner, I had to go to another restaurant here, because 80 grams of meat and 100 grams of tomatoes seemed too little.
But the place is nicely decorated.

This is my first time in Yerevan and during the fast. It was difficult for me to find a restaurant where you could help me with my food selection. I love the cheese factory and have been to it in different cities, and hoping for a high level of service, I decided to try my luck in finding lean dishes in the Cheese Factory!
And I was not mistaken! The waiter Arpine exceeded my expectations!)) she helped me choose a wonderful dish, dissuaded me from buckwheat)) sweet, friendly, attentive!
I wish prosperity to the restaurant and Arpina!

We made a mistake choosing this restaurant.
We waited for the barbecue for more than an hour, in the end we decided to take it with us, because we had already eaten enough bread ...
The wine is too warm, the coffee is barely warm... The ordered side dish was never brought, sugar was brought from the third request.

The service and staff are wonderful , everything is fast and attentive , but the food does not reach decent quality, they took polenta stew from beef , beef was clearly once cooked and put separately , the pieces were cherished, and cold inside, as well as tiger shrimps with garlic, where the shrimps were absolutely not tiger , but just a lot of small ones ordinary shrimp, but it's good that they were peeled
In addition, I can say about the mulled wine, it was like a slightly sweetly sour warm water, the taste is absolutely not saturated

Всё супер. Ресторан огонь. Все в стиле сыроварня - красивый интерьер, отличный сервис, вкусная еда и великом-хлебушек) Только что писала отзыв об этом ресторане на яндекс. Ребята, вы что?

My husband calls the restaurant, asking to book a table, the dialogue is conducted in ARMENIAN. To which they reply in a rude and dry manner that there are no tables at all for any time, and that we can drive up to the time we want, and if suddenly they have empty seats, they will put us behind them.
Russian Russian. Next, I call, but already in Russian and from my phone, the same girl answers me, I say the same thing that my husband said, but again in RUSSIAN, and immediately there were tables available for this time.
I didn't know that the attitude towards customers in this establishment depends on the language in which a person wants to book a table)
Moreover, the state language is probably not a priority here 😂

Upd: I ordered cutlets again and began to put mushroom sauce in the order, super! The portions have even become a little bigger, which is good :) It's a pity to leave a bad review, because I really like the food very much and it's not easy to find a replacement here. There is a fierce deception in the delivery, every time. Especially since I bought a scale and started weighing dishes, the weight does not match the one indicated in the Yandex food menu. Sauces are never brought, even if it is indicated in the composition And in the name of the dish itself, for example: chicken cutlets with MUSHROOM SAUCE (ordered twice, there was no sauce once) the money was returned the first time, they thought they would fix it the second time, but no. San Sebastian cheesecake with FRUIT SAUCE - of course, no sauce was put, although the composition of the sauce is also fully described in the menu. Often the dishes are underweight, kebabs come as much as half the declared weight, about 240 grams instead of as much as 480 indicated, and I weighed along with vegetables and everything that was inside the container, (that's just the sauce reaches the kebab)
Another unpleasant moment, I am allergic to almonds and it is worth specifying certain nuts if you add them to the dishes, so I ordered Pavlova, only pistachio was indicated, but the almonds were inside Pavlova herself in the cream, naturally a severe allergy began. I did not return the money for this, but I consider it important to report it
I want to add that this situation with underweight happens not only for me, but also for friends in the same way
I hope that I was heard, and you will take some measures, I still want to try this mushroom sauce of yours :)

We were on New Year's Eve and it was very atmospherically decorated, we immediately caught the festive mood. In honor of the birthday, a Napoleon cake was also served. After eating in 7 different restaurants in Yerevan, I was satisfied with the cheese factory) the restaurant is not for tourists, it is designed for local wealthy people, for example, like a coffee company in Moscow. They keep the stamp, I was in Sochi, of course in Moscow and here in Armenia and I was satisfied with absolutely everything!

Самое вкусное место в Ереване! Еда потрясающая, как на завтраках, так и в основном меню. Брали брускетты, блинчики с лососем, бенедикт с ветчиной, сырники из рикотты. Потрясающий лосось, очень вкусные сыры. Обслуживание тоже супер, все очень вежливые и приветливые. Однозначно маст визит в Ереване

The interior is good, but half of the places look at the kitchen as they prepare and distribute dishes there))
The Neapolitan flatbread with salmon is delicious, although the pita bread seemed too rubbery to me.
The salmon kebab turned out to be not a kebab, but two pieces of grilled salmon.
I noticed that a lot of guests ordered Facaccia on a flatbread.
Large portions are good.
The prices are Moscow, too high for a local restaurant and the quality of service. It is suitable for fancy dinner/tomorrow. There is no KBZHU for healthy lifestyle and they do not indicate it.

Очень хорошее место, где можно быть уверенным в качестве и вкусе блюд. Очень рекомендую брать домашнии сыры, они очень вкусные, к ним также подают хлеб. Пицца 4 сыра - это просто восхищение, очень вкусно, нигде такой пиццы не ел. А вот паста с лососем, довольно скучная, блюдо слишком пресное. Официанты вежливые, и хорошо понимаю русскую речь.

Ресторан с потрясающей атмосферой Италии в центре Еревана.
Мы остались очень довольны,вкусное вино,меню-итальянская классика с авторскими акцентами.
Особенно хочу отметить высокий уровень сервиса-официанты Вардан и Гоар окружили нас заботой и вниманием так,что даже не хотелось уходить:)
Рекомендую всем,кто любит вкусно и красиво провести вечер посетить это место.
Обязательно вернёмся!

Вкусная еда и десерты, но сервис хотелось бы лучше: еду и напитки всем принесли в разное время, при этом изначально не уточнив, приносить вместе или по готовности. Не принесли десертные приборы, и десерт был подан до основного блюда.
В пятницу вечером здесь шумновато
Upd: после размещения отзыва управляющий лично подошёл, поблагодарил за отзыв и извинился за то, что произошло. За это огромный плюс клиентоориентированности.

Ресторан один из любимых в Москве, решила попробовать и здесь. Вопросов нет - очень вкусно! Но! Цены какие-то запредельные - 9800 драм за буррату с фокачей и один апероль шприц. Обслуживание понравилось, персонал вежлив и внимателен
