We have been coming to Yerevan for 2 years now and every time we return to the Cheese Factory. The most delicious borscht, delicious pastas, pizza and incredibly delicious salads. We tried all the menus and were delighted with every dish.
The staff is wonderful, very friendly, professional.
The waiter Anna won us over with her smile and mood!
We've been to different Cheese Factories, but Yerevan has the most delicious dishes and the coolest team. It feels like they were waiting for us. You feel like you're visiting close friends.

Excellent Arkady Novikov restaurant in Yerevan!
One of the best restaurants in Yerevan at a decent level among competitors!
Food – 10/10
We ordered a lean menu – I didn't try it myself, but they said it was delicious. We also took two different pizzas – both turned out to be excellent, I definitely recommend it! The pinocchio salad was not bad, but it seemed too simple to taste – there was not enough salt and spices, and the price was slightly too high. But ham pizza is a separate love, incredibly delicious!
The prices for desserts are very high, however, one piece of San Sebastian costs 4400 thousand drams, which is really a lot for such a place!)
Service – 10/8.5
Service is generally good and calm, but there is not enough attention and care for the guests. The staff should be a little more proactive – approach, clarify if they liked everything, if there is anything they can do to help. It ruined the overall impression a bit, and it's definitely worth working on.
Atmosphere/Location – 10/10
One of the best locations in the city center! The veranda is very comfortable and peaceful – the perfect place to sit and enjoy dinner. The design and cozy atmosphere are a separate plus for the restaurant.
The result is 10/9
I recommend this restaurant to everyone, both locals and those who come to Armenia. This is a great high-level establishment in the heart of the city!
The bill per person is approximately AMD 12,000.

A good online establishment, with quality food. Everything is fine with the products and service. The cheese in the dishes is great. Borscht, lula kebab, salads - everything is fine! I would like to mention the delicious and fresh bread! I recommend you to visit if you want not to make a mistake with a normal establishment!

I will put 4- for a generally organized open kitchen, interior, pleasant music, a heated gazebo and kitchen and serving. There is an electronic menu with photos.
A compliment with a bag of bread looks nice, but in fact the waiter rustles next to the guests. The tea was delicious, but a small mug is a little weak.
Asking for feedback and rounding up tips in your favor is not serious for establishments of the cheese factory level.

A cozy atmosphere. I liked all the dishes we tried. I really like spas soup - here it is very tender, tasty, moderately sour.
The lasagna was a little upset - it seemed stagnant.
The ingredients felt like they were of high quality. It wasn't hard after eating.

We lived in Yerevan for half a year. We've been to a lot of places, and there's something to compare it with. One of my favorite restaurants, European familiar cuisine, on the same level as in all Novikov restaurants. Very nice interior, good service, delicious. Everything that was taken was good every time. It's a nice place, there's a veranda where it's warm, and the food is delicious! Burata is a complete delight! I would include compote in the menu, I don't drink cold lemonades in winter. Well, and more tomatoes in the salad with borax. Prices are slightly above average, the level is felt. Overall, the experience is pleasant.

Nice cozy place. It was December 31, when most of the cafes and restaurants in Yerevan were closed. We were delighted with the cuisine. We will definitely come to try the rest of the dishes.

I moved to Paris a few years ago, and honestly, I missed the Cheese Factory. We went on a little trip to Yerevan, and I was very happy when I saw this restaurant on the map.
The service is great, everyone is nice, the delivery is fast. Cheesecakes, salad with strachatella, borscht, suluguni - everything is fantastically delicious.
We recommend it.

A wonderful restaurant, one of the most beloved in Yerevan! I really like the kitchen and the interior. Awesome pizza with truffles and mushrooms, raspberry passion fruit lemonade, delicious Americano and incredible honey cake with hazelnuts
Special thanks to the waiters of the establishment for saving the headphones and umbrella they had forgotten. I came back for them a few days later, catching myself. I was so glad that I found my things)

I was in this cheese factory in October 2024. The menu is the same as you of the whole network – thoughtful, hearty and delicious. Prices are higher than in similar restaurants in Yerevan, but this is expected for a Cheese factory.
I can't say that the staff here is very friendly, I would like to see more attentive staff. In particular, I think it is important to clarify before serving the dishes in what order to take them out.
I liked the food, I recommend going in, there is good European cuisine here. The salad with tomato strachatella turned out to be very large, it pleased me😄 The lasagna is also delicious, the portion is large, except for it you can not take anything — you will definitely eat)

I've been to this place several times. I like everything, both the menu and the service. It's a very pleasant atmosphere, and it's quite comfortable to come in for lunch.
Minus the bonus for only 10 % of the service bill. Let me decide for myself how much to leave. For good service, I always tip 15-20% and I know for sure that they go to the waiter. Your 10% in the bill often doesn't reach people, and if that's the case, then you're stealing from the waiters and essentially increasing the cost of the menu by the same 10%

The order was not repeated, although this is basic restaurant etiquette. The soup has absolutely no salt, well, that's okay, you can add salt. The pizza arrived burnt, I ate one piece, I didn't intend to eat the rest. The taste of bitterness and cheese, you know, is not very pleasant. The only decent dish that I tried was a milkshake with the taste of condensed milk and cookies. One star.

Disgusting service. Waiters do not take away empty plates, they do not notice the table as a whole, even with incomplete seating. A cocktail was spilled from a glass on a friend when he was being taken away and they didn't even apologize. The bill was carried for 15 minutes. This is my first time in Yerevan and during the fast. It was difficult for me to find a restaurant where you could help me with my food selection. I love the cheese factory and have been to it in different cities, and hoping for a high level of service, I decided to try my luck in finding lean dishes in the Cheese Factory!
And I was not mistaken! The waiter Arpine exceeded my expectations!)) she helped me choose a wonderful dish, dissuaded me from buckwheat)) sweet, friendly, attentive!
