I've been buying cheeses and ice cream here for many years. I have always been impressed by the wide selection, sociable sellers, and cozy atmosphere. Why is the score "three"? Because today, on December 29, I was unpleasantly impressed by the carelessness and unsanitary conditions: there are a lot of incomprehensible crumbs and scraps on the cutting board, and the seller continues to cut off pieces of cheese right there, which fall into these crumbs; the seller's hands are gloved, but periodically he takes money with gloves; the long sleeves with fringes of the seller's beautiful sweater are fumbling around cut off pieces of cheese. It's kind of weird. The atmosphere is difficult to build, but it can be destroyed in an instant.

A great lamp place with a good selection of Belarusian cheese. I bought 4 types here with me to Moscow: Grand Maestro, Grand Maestro truffle, Grano pruzhano, Brebi (goat) + pomegranate and raspberry jam. Absolutely everything was pleased with the taste and quality. The seller has securely wrapped all the items in a paper wrapper and placed them in a solid branded bag, so you can safely take them as a gift.

Several times, when choosing and buying cheese, I asked the seller if there was a sealer or a dye in the offered cheese. She even mentioned the names of these supplements. The seller confidently replied that no, there was only sourdough and milk.
As a result, I bought cheese, for some reason without looking at the composition myself. And already at home, I saw the addition of a sealer in the composition.
Of course, it's my responsibility to pick up and study the composition myself. But all the cheese is behind glass, it's inconvenient to do this. And for some reason I decided to trust the seller, who, as it turned out, was either lying or incompetent.
I will not take 178 grams of cheese back for 10 km. But there is no desire to enter this store anymore.

It's a very nice shop.
