I would like to share my impression of the place where I ordered sushi. It's just an incredible place! The sushi came fresh and very tasty, and the assortment was simply amazing – from classic rolls to original author's dishes. The packaging was neat and everything came in perfect condition. The delivery was fast, which is important. The prompt and courteous staff added positive emotions! I definitely recommend this place to all lovers of Japanese cuisine! Just made my day👍🏻✨

The rolls were picked up by pickup, carried carefully, but, nevertheless, they fell apart. Visually it is visible that the fish with a brown stripe is not very professionally and neatly made, somewhere even rolls are made from two pieces of fish, that is, as if from the remains (we made it from what we had). Somewhere thick, somewhere thin, somewhere crooked, somewhere there is a small piece of fish, somewhere rice.
Maybe it's all right.. we listen, but we don't condemn)))
But the taste of sushi is mediocre, there was no WOW effect and the desire to order again, especially at an inflated price tag (relative to other options), did not appear.

A nice place with a pleasant interior, fast and high-quality service. I came to the cafe with a friend who doesn't like sushi and rolls much, but she was satisfied with them, because all the rolls we ordered were very tasty. I liked the fact that there is a menu on each table at once and you do not have to wait until they come and bring the menu, as in many establishments. But there is also a small minus in the menu. It is too thin and I would like to add a little variety to it, for example, some salads and desserts. And so I advise everyone to visit the Shogun cafe. I think when you come to it, you will be satisfied.

We decided to try the advertised rolls. We made an order for delivery, got to the promotion (when ordering from 60 rubles pizza for 1 ruble), why not use it, we decided. We placed an order, they called us back more than 10 minutes later, they said that the delivery would be within an hour. An hour later, they called and warned that the delivery would be delayed for 15 minutes (well, anything happens and this is a plus that at least they warn). That's where the advantages ended)
Finally, we received the order, began to unpack and did not even immediately notice that Philadelphia was not brought to us, although they took as much money as they came out with it. The receipt was punched without the names of the items, so we also had to remember what was missing in our order. We called the service, they told us that they would bring us within an hour and did not even apologize. Almost an hour later they were brought to us, they were just handed over and again they did not even apologize, the customer orientation is off the scale)
The rolls taste almost tasteless, of different sizes with a lot of rice. The pizza was also not impressed, even the olives were not reported here, although they were in the composition.
In general, we are disappointed, we do not recommend it, and we are unlikely to ever place an order here.

Faced with the boorish attitude of the staff, if you want to spoil your mood and have a holiday, come straight here!
At first, our order is accepted, and then on the 31st they say that our order is not there, and at the same time they do not solve the situation in any way!
Considering that the girl who was talking to us on the phone expressed her indifference to the situation, and the young man who introduced himself first as a manager and then as a director spoke so rudely that I wanted to end this conversation faster without finding out anything!
It's blatant to lie, saying that first their pizza machine broke down, and then it turns out that the promotion is over when, upon entering their website, this promotion pops up, that's how this institution works!
Customer orientation is clearly suffering!
I would really like this situation to reach the management and the management to find out how their employees communicate with customers and how they solve situations!
We do not recommend this place, spoil your mood!

A nice cafe with a small menu and questionable service.
From the good: the menus are immediately on every table, and tables and awnings were added outside (in the evening, the awnings were removed).
There are a lot of cute lights inside, but they were all turned off despite the evening. In general, the interior has been preserved from the previous establishment, and this is perhaps the best part of this cafe.
The staff is friendly, but very slow. The waiter did not double-check the order for correctness and could not answer how much volume the mugs had (he tried to show it on his fingers). A mug of tea was served instead of a teapot. They forgot to bring soy sauce, I had to get up and ask separately.
Ginger and wasabi were also not given, despite the fact that these additives are not on the menu as independent items. The next table ordered a set and there were these supplements.
But all the joints were fixed without problems upon request.
The menu is generally very skinny. There is no sushi (only rolls), no desserts and no alcohol at all. Cocktails that are classically alcoholic (like Mojito, Tequila Sunrise, etc.) are non-alcoholic here, and this is not marked, be careful.
The dishes for soy sauce are not particularly successful: deep with a sharply narrowed bottom. So the roll just gets stuck and doesn't reach the sauce at the bottom.
The rolls themselves are very dense - the rice was very carefully rammed. Sesame was also not spared, it was even too much for my taste.
The kettle was served without tea, probably so as not to be asked to add boiling water ;)
Refined sugar, I liked the sugar.
They did not give a receipt with a list of ordered items - it was impossible to check the correctness of the calculation and had to take the waiter's word for it.
Then they counted them themselves according to the menu and as if they had charged us even less than what was supposed to be.
In general, the prices are average, but clearly higher than in the predecessor restaurant.
The overall impression was not too good, we are unlikely to go a second time.

Hello everyone. I once wanted to taste sushi at the advertised Shogun institution. I decided to order a set of three positions of the Solar Trio. With the promo code, a generally low cost came out, and the choice was made. The order as a whole is simply placed through the application, and it also indicates the waiting time. I made an order at about three days and at that time the time was 1:40.
By the way, it's decent to wait. Well, as they say, OK. After about an hour and ten of waiting, more time was added since the order was not delivered in time, it would seem two hours for daytime delivery on Saturday that much. And if you have guests and you are counting on this delivery, then it is annoying. As the sushi was delivered, there was confusion in general, they were well packed, each kind in its own box, but the fact that they looked so-so in the box led to some confusion. In my opinion, the appearance of the rolls is not the main thing and I transgressed to the meal. I didn't like them. Those rolls that were tempura with chicken had a rubber crust. It doesn't taste good. Poppy seeds with salmon are generally rice rewound with fish, inside it was without cheese. I liked the grilled bacon rolls.
As I understand it, for the delay in the order, I was given French fries, which were cold and tasteless when I arrived.
To say that I am disenchanted is to say nothing.

As a result, the time was 21.10, we were still sitting without an order. I'm calling to clarify what's going on. They say: The cook ran out of rice. Well, it's just surreal. Advertising on the Internet is set up well, but in practice everything does not work very well. The rolls were delivered within half an hour. The website states that soy sauce, ginger and wasabi are included, but they were not. As well as the sesame sauce that I added to the order. The rolls were clearly different from the pictures on the site. One of the advantages is freshness. Of the cons / everything else. There was no desire to order anything else there at all.

We ordered 2 kebabs for lunch. With paid delivery. The taste is disgusting, the chicken is rotten, the smell from it is disgusting. The receipt was not deposited. This attitude towards customers is very upsetting and the lunch was ruined. I do not recommend it.
