A wonderful hotel. Very comfortable. We had a room on the 4th floor, sea view, sunset. The room is large and spacious, which was important for us. Cleanliness, order. Polite staff. I thank the guys for their comfort and participation, they will always help and prompt. The beach is 3 minutes away. I recommend you to visit.
The hotel is very nice! It is located in a relatively quiet location. The beach is very close. There is an exit to the shopping street nearby. The rooms are different. The price is very good! We regretted that we did not book this hotel for the entire vacation, but only for 2 nights.
Nice hotel, comfortable beds, air conditioning works well. Very good staff, responsive, always help if you need something. The sockets did not work, they were eliminated in 2 minutes. We are satisfied. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned on request, every day, at your request! We have no comments. Everything is super
We have been vacationing with a friend since October 6 in Swati. The hotel is ready to receive guests. On the territory, the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned. The staff is responsive, problems are solved promptly. If you need something, they will bring it quickly. Very close to the beach, cafes, shops. The hotel is quiet, Wi-Fi is weak. We recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel in the center of Arambol, near many cafes, shops, spa. The hotel is in a green area, it's beautiful around. The sea is just a couple of minutes away. We lived on the top floor with a sea view. The room is spacious, has a large bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle. Everything is there. The hotel is clean and quiet. The service is good. There is a cafe downstairs - the food is delicious.
Nice hotel. Near the beach, the room cleaning is excellent. The service is not bad. In principle, for India, what is needed is an overnight stay. Water is given every day, bed linen is changed.

The hotel is conveniently located. The cozy, very friendly and courteous staff is ready to solve any of your questions, which is very pleasing. Good room cleaning.
But Wi-Fi is not available in room 803, and an even bigger problem is that it is not possible to sit on the balcony all the time with a waterfall pouring from above. The entire balcony is flooded with water!!!
In December of the 23rd year, I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. I really liked everything, the location of the hotel, the staff, and the room itself. Check-in is at 13 o'clock, but I arrived an hour earlier and was checked in without any problems. I stayed alone in a double room, but I had two towels and shampoos and soap for two, too, and toilet paper was also available. There were never any problems with hot water, it was around the clock (many said they were lucky). 3-4 minutes to the ocean. Also within walking distance is the central street, where there are tents with clothes, fruits, as well as exchange offices, a pharmacy and shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is located as if in the courtyard and the noise from the street, and the noise from the evening beach, does not reach the rooms at all. Wi-Fi was present, I didn't watch movies, but I wrote and communicated via WhatsApp without any problems. The room has a large double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe with two hangers and a small refrigerator. By the way, when I checked in, I was given two bottles of water, closed. And I was also very surprised by the lock on the door, but there it is the norm, a small lock on the bolt. There was a vetilator on the ceiling in the room, with many modes. The staff is very helpful and polite. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel once. Although I did not pay for meals on the ticket, but they cooked when I asked without any problems. They did the cleaning if you ask them to clean the room, and if you don't ask them, they won't clean. And so the terrace and stairs were washed every morning. I will definitely return to this hotel in Arambol again!
It's normal for GOA, there are no insects, the beach and cafes are very close. Cleaning is only if you ask, there is no balcony on the upper floors, although the rooms are listed as luxury)
Nice hotel, great location! The service is top notch!Raoul is such a sweetheart😊

This is the best check-in in Goa, thanks to this hotel. A little old, but very cozy, everything you need is in the rooms (towels, shampoos, kettle, etc.), because in general for hotels in Goa it's all atypical. I got a very nice room on the 4th floor all covered in palm trees. The territory of the hotel is not very large, but very beautiful and all in greenery.A separate comment about the staff, very polite and friendly guys, all communication is completely positive and willing to help you as much as possible, and the service is around the clock. If there is an opportunity, I will definitely look at vouchers to this hotel.
Close to the sea, 3 buildings, some rooms have been freshly renovated, clean, cozy territory, food is served for a long time, there are interruptions with hot water
A good Guest House. Don't expect European quality. Good host, unobtrusive service. But ask and it will be given to you)) 5 min walk to the sea, close to shops, transport.
There is a fan,air conditioning, toilet, sink, shower with cold and warm water, refrigerator, kettle, clean bed linen, although the towels were new and we didn't use them terribly, a nice balcony. The breakfasts are quite so delicious.
A good hotel, a Wanderer in the rooms, a refrigerator and a bed, I don't really need anything else, a beautiful garden downstairs, you can also eat there, an excellent host
Great location. Bad rooms, disgusting plumbing. They don't clean it up. Slow internet connection. There is no hot water. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night.
Everything was very cool, friendly staff, low prices, clean rooms, refrigerator, air conditioning, everything you need to relax, a shop within walking distance. The most important thing is that it is close to the sea! I advise everyone!

A good hotel, 100 meters from the ocean, all shops are within walking distance, rooms are air-conditioned and without. Own cozy courtyard. Of the cons, on-demand cleaning, rooms, complete minimalism, hot water is not always available, electricity is periodically turned off.
A wonderful hotel!!! My family and I have been staying there since 2015. The location relative to the beach and infrastructure is very pleasing. Attentive and helpful staff at the hotel. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, there is free WI-FI throughout. The hotel has a cafe (in high season), including continental cuisine. Also, the owner of the hotel is always ready to help with calling a taxi and provide a bike for rent.
Great place! It's a very beautiful view, we got a room on the 3rd floor, palm trees and birds are singing all around. Water, air conditioning, light, uninterrupted, room with refrigerator. Very friendly staff (especially Ajay and Geeta, Ajau and Gita, they are in the photo
), smile and help with everything. It is 2 minutes to the sea, 20 steps to the market.
A quiet, cozy place, I advise everyone.
Great place!!!!! I've been there many times. I recommend it!!!

We had a rest in Swati from March 1 to March 12, it was great!!!!! Delicious breakfasts, wonderful courtyard, unobtrusive cute staff, healthy aura, 5 minutes to the beach! The room is clean and pleasant, the plumbing is new, the shower is always with hot water. The beach is a fairy tale! I want to go back to this lovely courtyard- lying down to sip masala tea and admire the towering palm trees, of which there are many in the courtyard! Swati, we'll be back in the fall, wait!!!!!!

I really liked Swati Guest House!
A cozy, clean place with excellent staff. The owner, Raul, is a smiling and friendly person, always interested in how things are going and whether help is needed. We went in April 2019 with my mother, the room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea, well-maintained. The sea is a three-minute walk away, there are many shops with everything you need nearby. I'll bet 5/5 and I'll be happy to come back.
Friendly hosts and staff. The room was clean. A cozy courtyard, in the evening it's nice to sit with the guests and have a couple of glasses of "tea")))
Three minutes to the sea.
I was with my wife in early December swati. We really liked it.Responsive staff scooter rental the location is excellent, the food is very tasty. The rooms are good in most cases. The whole life is near the hotel. The sea is 2 minutes away from all shopping malls. The rest was a success. In March, the same place.

Excellent Guest Hotel. We went with my daughter in April 2019, I really liked it. The host, Raul, is a friendly, sympathetic person, worried about his guests. The staff is always ready to help and do everything possible for comfort. We had a room on the third floor with a sea view. Very cozy, clean, comfortable. The room is equipped with everything you need. The sea is close, it takes 3-4 minutes to walk, there are shops nearby.
We will definitely come back!

Terrible rooms, the worst hotel in India, and this is my sixth time in India. I am surprised at people who write positive reviews. Are you not in the right place?
A good hotel for Arambol, one of the best, air conditioning, hot water at any time, clean bed linen and towels.cleaning should be asked to come.there is a refrigerator, kettle, TV.
The fifth trip to Goa, you can say familiar to India, but there has never been such a small room, cats fly in through the open windows, the staff is so-so.The only plus is the proximity to the beach.
