I first saw this monastery a few years ago, it was practically ruins, skeletons of temples. Storks lived on the preserved turrets of the dilapidated almost fortress walls. Virgin, untouched nature... Now, thanks to the labors and cares of Abbot Auxentius, the monastery has been transformed!!! I love coming here. An ancient salted place, reborn as a Phoenix bird!!!! And the amazing miraculous image of the Jurovichi Mother of God!!!!!
A very old place of power with underground passages and beautiful views. It is located on a hill near the river. My wife and children liked it.

A good place, there is a sense of peace in the territory, the courtyard is very beautiful. The cathedral has recently been restored, but the monastery building is in a sad state. In my opinion, it is necessary to restore everything at once.

I advise you to visit. A very beautiful place. In addition, there is an open-air museum in Jurovichi, which is mandatory to visit. The museum and the monastery are located next to each other.
I often saw the monastery on the other side of the Pripyat River near the village of Krasnaya Gorka and finally decided to go and see it. The monastery looks very good from the outside after reconstruction, but there is no access inside, apparently, work is still underway inside. You can go into the next building, there will be everything that usually happens in a church.
It is a very magnificent building. At the same time, it's kind of cozy there. It is being restored now. They got into the service. It was very interesting, because this is not just a church, but an old monastery. Definitely ready to visit.
Today I visited this holy place, there was such peace in the territory, my soul was so calm that I did not want to leave! A large church will be opened very soon and services will be held in it.
After reconstruction, it is beautiful, excellent acoustics.

This is a great place for believers, as well as lovers of antiquity and architecture. I recommend visiting at least in order to feel the atmosphere. Nearby there are several equally interesting historical places besides the monastery itself... Not all places are marked on the map ;)
It is still under reconstruction. When the work is finished, it will be a very beautiful place. There is a large parking lot in front of the monastery entrance.
