## Disgusting service! We ordered food at the cafe "Svoye" at 18:25 with home delivery. The waiting time was 1.5 hours, which in itself is inadequate. After 2 hours, we called back to the cafe and clarified where the order was. We were told that the courier had already left and that he would supposedly contact us. It's been 3 hours. So far, no one has called, we can't get through to the cafe. Such an attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable! We are furious at such unprofessionalism and negligence. Waiting 3 hours and not getting any information other than empty promises is just bullying. We will never order more at the cafe "Svoe" and we will tell all our friends about this terrible situation.

Terrible service. My friends and I ordered sushi, poke, and pizza delivery at 18:25. They promised to bring the order within an hour, an hour and thirty minutes (in Lida)!!! Not the normal delivery time. Two hours later, the order was not delivered, and phone calls were not answered. At 21:26 minutes, the courier still reached the entrance. We didn't pick up the order. During this time, we managed to place an order elsewhere and eat it. I do not recommend anyone to order food in Their cafe and risk their evening. The mood was very spoiled.

Terrible service, the staff does not know the exact time of delivery at all, today on 11/18/2023 for the first time I faced such a complete breakdown, having waited for my sushi for 2 hours at the stated delivery time of 1.5 hours, and you have 50 minutes written on your website at all, I called this wonderful cafe, where the girl said that the courier left for you and I do not know how much more the order will be delivered to you, the courier of course arrived 20 minutes after my call and I waited for my order for 2 hours and 20 minutes in time, but I did not eat and pick up the cold order, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the spoiled evening, and of course the delivery speed is just space. They hang up the phone before they've heard everything I was going to tell them, the attitude is on the verge of fiction, as a result, wasted time waiting and terrible disappointment! I do not advise anyone this terrible cantor, you will sit and wait for the order for 2.5 hours!!!! And I wish the cafe to LEARN HOW to WORK normally with its customers!!!
