Very tasty bread is fresh and hot, they choose delicious at 12:00 at lunch I can earlier, but the bread there is just a bomb I eat every day and always hot I advise you!!!!!!!

The bread is delicious, but you can only eat it fresh. The next day it crumbles and disintegrates very much .
The weight of the loaf has become 450 g (if not 400), and on proofing it is pulled out like a kilogram, therefore empty inside, we must try to reduce the time on proofing, the loaf should be lower for such a weight of bread, this is my personal opinion as a baker.
