In August 2023, the fountains were working.
In general, a very good performance of the light and music show on the water.
It's better to watch from the side of Yankee Kupala Park, you can't hear the music from the other side. The sound is a specific minus of the fountain. Two speakers in vandal-proof grilles can only be heard facing the fountain, the sound is bad from the side, spoils the impression.
It starts at 20:00 and ends at 22:30. The old town is 15 minutes away on foot, Victory Square is 100 meters away, the passage to Gorky Park under Independence Avenue
Definitely worth a visit.

It works disgustingly. The left side is almost completely out of order. The rear works only 3 pcs. Only 6-10 of all fountains are working. The composition is lost. It got really bad.
