Now it's the An Tey Hotel
Positive:
I liked the friendly sociable administrators, tried to help in everything.
The room is quite spacious and relatively comfortable. It's good that there is a separate hallway-kitchen room, there is a sink, a set of dishes, kitchen tables and a meager refrigerator. (standard hotel option). It is convenient to wash fruits, cook something for breakfast or a snack. It's a pity, alas, there is no outlet for the kettle. I had to warm it in the room))
Excellent location of the hotel, close to the sea, just walk through a beautiful park 200 meters., right in the center, next to the House of Culture in which there are interesting centers.
It is convenient that there is an embankment and several cafes nearby, there is a year to walk and relax.
There are many decent cafes in the park and on the embankment. The nearest cafe "Adats" was recommended to us at the hotel. We believed, really the lowest prices compared to other establishments and very tasty at home. In the evenings, live music and a disco. We went there for lunch and dinner)
The beach there is also not equipped with pebbles. Sun beds for rent.
And the most important plus is the most beautiful, cleanest, warm turquoise sea!)))
Just a buzz!
Cons:
It turned out that they could not provide us with food, although according to the conditions of accommodation, breakfast should have been included, and the dining room should have worked. The cost was recalculated and the money for breakfast was returned, but for some reason the price of the hotel differed from the one indicated here in a big way and we were counted all over again at the price of the hotel(.
We took a room in the kitchen so that we could cook ourselves, but by our arrival it turned out that we decided not to provide tiles to the room anymore, although we made a discount because of this and were allowed to come to warm what was needed in the shared kitchen.
Relative cleanliness in white socks on the floor is not recommended))
Curtains and blankets are not washed. The furniture is old, but serviceable.
In the bathroom, the walls and, in principle, plumbing have not been washed for a long time. There are rusty smudges in the toilet
The room has old rusty plumbing and a big problem with hot water. One day it was not at all due to a malfunction, and at other times it does not go evenly, then cold, then boiling water. It is impossible to wash.
There was no hair dryer(((
There are problems with television, fortunately my husband was able to reconfigure the channels and find a suitable cable position to show at least a few channels acceptably.
Overall a good hotel in a great location!)
Nice hotel, close to the sea. Well, the cleaning was regular. Among the disadvantages, we can note the old plumbing, not the most comfortable mattresses and breakfasts that are early in the morning (which is not acceptable at all for resorts). As a result, I have never tried breakfast, since I always sleep at this time. Among the wishes: there is a beautiful, large courtyard, we would make a swimming pool there open for the summer period)
We had a rest in July 2022. A room with a balcony. On the balcony there is a table, two chairs, a clothesline, clothespins. Everything you need is in the room. TV, clothes hangers, safe, towel sets, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, if necessary, blankets, a large mirror in the room and in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. There is music in the bar in the evening, but it didn't bother us at all. Double-glazed windows isolate the sound from outside. The air conditioner was working properly. The refrigerator was working. All switches and taps are in good condition.
Perhaps the appearance of the room is a little outdated. This is already a shower room, a toilet. Everything works, but everything is old. But our rest was not overshadowed by these details. Overall, everything was fine.
We had a rest in late March and early April. The room price was 2000 rubles.the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The room was asked to be cleaned - it was cleaned very well. The sea is 2 minutes away. The kettle is being given out. Of the minuses, Wi-Fi did not work periodically (it is better to buy a local SIM card and not worry) and the TV did not work. Overall, very good! Thanks!
Friends, I want to share my impressions about my vacation in Gudauta hotel An Tey. In my opinion, everything is very good, the location of the hotel is resort and very convenient, the rooms are clean, and there was no need to remind us about cleaning, every time passing by the reception we were asked if we needed anything. Attentive and helpful staff, the kitchen pleased. My 10 points are for you.
It's called Antey now. The location is excellent, 200 meters from the sea, but the service is lame. The plumbing is leaking, the toilet is dirty, the shower is too. In 4 days, even the garbage was not taken out. Of the advantages:The staff is not bad., there is Wi-Fi, friendly girls at the reception.
The rooms were clean at first glance, the bed linen did not seem fresh, and the blankets lying in the closet - no one had washed them for a long time. I wanted to take a shower, turned on the water - the tray is leaking and the water is spilling onto the floor. The low cost of the room partially compensates for the quality. The staff is friendly, they even gave tea with a kettle in the room for free. In general, I recommend it
A friendly person, we stayed in touch 24/7 with a small child, the cook kindly agreed to cook soups without onions for our baby) we really liked everything, cleaned the room every time we just left the keys so as not to lose them. We will definitely get back to you.
We had a rest in September. We were not very lucky with the weather. Of the 6 days, only two were sunny. The hotel is a separate song. It was very noisy from the nearby cafe, although there were practically no people there. In addition, the room without a balcony faced the courtyard of the hotel, where there is a parking lot. Night, midnight, locals arrive, doors slam, talking loudly. It is impossible to sleep. There are also local mosquitoes, it's creepy. There are no nets on the windows, I took my fumigator, but the Abkhazian mosquitoes do not react to it. We had breakfast included. It's a stretch to call it breakfast. Every day, oatmeal porridge, half a sausage or one egg and a piece of fried bread. I'm not picky at all, but it's something. In general, if it weren't for the Ritsa and New Athos, then it would have been completely creepy. Of course, the nature is wonderful, the people are hospitable, but I rest with my eyes. And here there are ruined buildings all around with empty eye sockets. The impressions of the holiday are twofold. But I wouldn't go again anytime soon.
The stars are only for the staff (with the exception of the adult security guard, who did not let us into the hotel after 12 at night, arranging moralizing until they complained to the administrator about him), the three of us do not even think about checking in, there is very little space in the room, problems with sewerage, electricity, there is no generator of our own, they turned off often: no light, No water. There is no elevator, no one will help to lift and lower the suitcases, we lived on the 4th floor
The rooms are cleaned, the linen is white and clean. The only drawback is the old beds, which are old and the walls are thin. The staff is kind and polite. Shops, pharmacies and cafes are within walking distance, the waterfront is just around the corner. The location is right in the center of the city
I have stopped several times over the years. Everything is fine! The staff is clean and very polite, ready to help and suggest how to solve any issue-if it arises! I recommend it! and I think I will stay at this hotel again with pleasure!
We are traveling as a family. Me, my husband and two children aged 14 and 15. We travel by car from Russia. We came to Abkhazia and visited several places to stay, but this hotel turned out to be the best. I didn't want to live anywhere else. It is clean, the sea is close, wonderful staff and affordable prices. The girls at the reception are very polite and friendly. Thank you very much for the service, for sheltering us with children and choosing good rooms, for being so polite and friendly! 🤩You are the best!!!
the acquaintance begins with check-in, the staff is not friendly, they demanded to show a receipt for payment with the seal of the bank, the usual screen did not suit them.
-get ready to go up to the 4th floor on foot because there is no elevator.
- there was mold and spiders in the room.
- there is an abandoned building opposite.
-disassembled fire safety sensors
maybe the hotel management should decide on the name and not mislead customers? Two names are used: Antey and the bright path of Apsna
I will never come to this place again! Stars minus three!!! Rudeness, dirt, the smell of sewage, the staff has no idea what service is, with some exceptions. For the amount of 3.500.day, they did not even provide a banal breakfast. They simply did not respond adequately to all requests and comments, especially the administrator Galina. There is dirt and dust in the rooms, a very inconvenient location, the center, near a cafe where music rumbles every evening, and audibility, despite the double-glazed windows, is excellent. In general, after staying in this "hotel", we had to move to the private sector, where for less money, we were surrounded with kindness and care! The vacation was in September.
The rooms need to be repaired, or at least the curtains were replaced with new ones without holes. You can spend the night cleanly, but not permanently live there. Some rooms have a toilet smell (((there are a lot of cons, there are also pros, it's a gorgeous view and the sea is nearby, as well as cafes nearby.
He's Antey, he's the Light Path... It's a terrible hotel... Everywhere there is a smell of sewage, mold, dampness.. The condition of the rooms is all dead... There are cockroaches... The food is terrible... I don't recommend it to anyone.
Expensive, shabby. The repair was done about 20 years ago. Everything is shabby. The bathrooms stink, I don't understand where, split like fans. But the price tag is like 4 stars.
I liked the hotel. One of the disadvantages is that they write that everything is included, but in fact only one breakfast. The location is great, the sea is close.
We had a good rest cleanly, the quality corresponds to the price, it is better to take a room with a balcony, there are air conditioners, the fi somehow does not catch everywhere
Everything is there.what you need for a comfortable stay!👍

A normal hotel, close to the sea. There was no food in October, but there is a dining room with everything necessary for cooking. There is also a cafe nearby with a good menu.
