Very good service. The workers are doing well. A tire broke on a working truck, on the route, going somewhere is not an option. We stood not far from them. Truck tire service is a bit out of their profile, but the guys did not refuse to help. It was not possible to remove the spare wheel, it was stuck tightly. The guys, after taking some time, were still able to do it. The cost was quite reasonable. Special thanks to the director, who did not refuse to help.
P.S. As it turned out, it is almost impossible to find a camera for a truck in Svetlogorsk. at least one car shop or service could be available.

I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, because it didn't come to him, but the attitude towards customers is disgusting

Initially, I came for diagnostics, revealed breakdowns that need to be eliminated
The main problem was the cooling system hose, which I had to look for on my own for a month
When he was found, I recovered to this service again, I was asked to come in 2 days, I returned to this service on the next day, I was offered to come again in 2 days, but I no longer had such an opportunity
I returned to this issue 2 weeks later
I arrived at the service on Sunday, according to their schedule on the external signboard and on Google it is indicated that they work seven days a week and Sunday, respectively, is a working day, but the service was closed
I started calling, couldn't get through for a long time, but they answered me anyway
They told me to call on Monday and make an appointment
No one answered the phone on Monday or Tuesday
I managed to get through only on Wednesday, I was booked for Friday at 9 a.m.
I did not have the opportunity to come on Friday, I did not call and warn about it, based on previous experience that no one has been answering for several days
Probably I should have tried to get through anyway, because for this reason later (on Sunday) I was unconditionally refused repairs
I would like to note that any adequate service confirms the recording on its own, first calling customers to confirm the recording, but this is not known or heard about in this car service
Despite the fact that the service was closed on a working day, I was told that the sign was simply not replaced, and the service works until 3 o'clock, it is unclear why, I should know about it if the main landmark is the external sign of this car service
Despite the fact that I could not reach them for 3 days, I was told that when they have work, they do not answer the phone, BUT the main reason for the refusal to repair was the fact that I did not call and did not warn them
The question is, why if no one picks up the phone?
That was the end of it.
The management of this service has strange and clumsy ideas about the relationship with the client.
In their view, the client should hunt for them, wait for them under the garages from dawn to get to the repair
Customer feedback is a concept unknown to them.
In conclusion, I would like to say that the repair was supposed to be large-scale and quite high-budget
p.s. Every visit you have to explain again what kind of car and what kind of breakdown, even if you return to them 2 days later at their request. They look at you like fish and are perplexed! I know what a working couple and multitasking are, but to forget a person, a car and its breakdown the next day is kind of strange. Can I also do diagnostics every time?
