Absolutely loved this place. Not far from Batumi city center and much more pleasant, quiet and nice for holidays. It feels like home here with helpful staff, well working WiFi and all necessary facilities. If you want to stay a little further away from tourists and noisy touristic spots and relax in a friendly local neighborhood you should definitely chose SVHotel.

A cool, very cozy hotel. Lots of greenery, quiet, near the sea. We planned to stay for one week, but decided to stay for two. Just a huge thank you to the hosts: Lisa, Cyril and, of course, Irma, for our best vacation! We miss you very much!

The hotel turned out to be a real discovery and a shelter from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located just 50 m from the sea and 5 minutes from the botanical garden, it immersed us in the tranquility and beauty of nature. From the balcony of our room there was a magnificent view of the sea, and the hotel itself was surrounded by greenery and flowers. The hosts created a cozy and friendly atmosphere, and the local chef delighted with delicious Georgian dishes. The courtyard with gazebos and two verandas has become an ideal place for dinners and evening gatherings. The owners of the hotel provided us with excellent service, enveloped us with attention and care, and even showed us the most beautiful places in Adjara. Now for me Batumi is not only a city, but also a place where I want to return. Thank you so much for your care and hospitality!

The hotel is just wonderful! When my family and I arrived, we were immediately struck by the silence and comfort of its territory. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and most importantly - its own parking, which is very convenient for those who travel by car.
The rooms at the hotel are clean and cozy, with a pleasant design. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is optional, which is also very convenient - you can choose what you like.
In general, we had an unforgettable time.I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and cozy place to relax.

Good price/quality ratio. Clean rooms, there is a common area for communication of guests. They allow you to park your car on the territory without any problems. It is possible to wash and dry the laundry in the laundry room. They make breakfasts and anything else by pre-order. I definitely recommend it. There is a Botanical garden and a cool beach nearby. It is 10 minutes to the center of Batumi.

We stayed in Batumi for several days. The city is nice and beautiful. But a couple of days is quite enough for a vacation, because it is small. Therefore, we found a place nearby by the sea but in a natural area. There are only very positive impressions about the hotel. A beautiful, peaceful place. The sea is 50 meters away. The hosts have created an absolutely family and friendly atmosphere. The local chef deserves a standing ovation. A beautiful woman. A nice courtyard with two verandas, where you can eat and socialize perfectly. The guys provided super service by showing the most beautiful places in Adjara in the vicinity. For me, Batumi is now a trip to the guys at their hotel. Thank you very much, you are great fellows!!!
