We've been to this place many times, everything was amazing, the atmosphere, the cuisine and the service. After the renovation and expansion, the establishment has become worse. The dishes went bad, the service dropped below the baseboard. There are bones in the rolls all the time, they ordered teriyaki chicken, every time they come across bones from the same eel rolls, apparently they have one board in the kitchen for all occasions, and they don't wash it before each dish. The chicken became dry, as if it had been lying for a long time, before the addition to the dish was a small salad of lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes, now the lettuce leaves have been significantly reduced and cucumbers added. One tomato was spoiled. We also ordered beef ramen, and they brought us tom yam, to which the waiter said it was ramen. The waiter knows neither the menu, nor the composition of the dishes, nor the banal table setting. No dishes or dishes were brought to us until we asked. The waiter is also on the phone all the time, shuffling his feet, and not being polite to customers. I can provide a receipt. It's getting worse and worse every time.

There used to be the best place in Talgar. But something went wrong, and every time we come here, we're disappointed. Are there fish bones in the rolls all the time, moreover, they come across in teriyaki with chicken, where, in principle, there are no fish, that is, they do not wash cutting sticks and knives? Today, in addition to rolls and teriyaki with chicken, we ordered ramen. They brought me a completely different soup, and the waiter insisted that it was ramen, and there should be no noodles in the ramen. As a result, they changed it. I'm not in the mood anymore, we've wasted too much time. When I asked for the bill, I told them to make a discount for their joints, to which I was told by the administration, which was never called. They brought a receipt for 8k and the waiter said there's no soup in the receipt, or did you want another discount? What are you doing? So I should say thank you for the fact that there is no soup in the receipt that I did not order? The result was settled and left, I did not talk to the administration, we just will never come here again. Previously, there really was the best place where rolls were prepared, now the bottom is full.

One day we accidentally stopped by an institution. Our family loves rolls and pizza very much. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is cozy, the staff is pleasant. The rolls are amazing. The portions are good in size. The fish is fresh.
The institution also provides a good and fast delivery service even to cottages in Kendala. We often place an order with home delivery.
Everything is carefully packed. The food arrives quickly. And anyway, through the food and service, you can feel how the guys are trying.
I can't help but share some cool features when ordering on the site. The bonus program and pleasant gifts when you set the basket are TOP.
There are small nuances that I think are fairly worth noting:
1. Wasabi is not spicy at all
2. Chicken teriyaki, unfortunately, does not look like a familiar dish, but the portion is huge of course)
3. Pizza will not appeal to anyone at home at all. They took it once. Maybe you were unlucky?)
No matter what, I'm your fan! Thank you for not only unloading my evenings from cooking, but also making them very tasty!
