There are no questions about the food, the shrimp poke and Philadelphia set are quite decent, although the waiter did not answer the question of what kind of sauce goes with the poke) in terms of waiting time, the pre-order (!) was waited for 20 minutes (the order was placed at the establishment a couple of days before the others) , just like the menu . Cocktails are something) we ordered two cranberry daiquiris diluted with water, but according to the waiter, "the ice must have melted")) funny) if you go to the counter and order alcohol, the waiter takes the bottles and goes behind the screen, there was no clear answer to the question "why?" Even the bathroom had a problem, the water was up to the rim, and I'll answer the explanation like "this is a human factor" right away - this is your area of responsibility and you must monitor the system's health. As a result, the birthday party was not a success, the service was zero, it was not possible to diversify the order, because the waiters are slow. Would I want to mark something else there?- probably not, with this level of service, you can get on your nerves, although the price tag is higher than in other Smolevich establishments, although in fact there is nowhere to go in this city)
Judging by the reviews, the management is not particularly concerned about this situation , because there is practically no competition.

Honestly, I expected much more, judging by the reviews.
Delivery was ordered on January 8. I'll start with a good one. The fish is delicious, fresh, and we didn't regret it.
Now for the bad. Rolls not wrapped in nori (Philadelphia and with chuka) fell apart terribly. It is impossible to take it with a fork, much less with chopsticks. I attached a photo of what happened to them after the transfer of the roll with chopsticks, it did not reach my mouth, the rice fell out, remained in the box and on the table. There was no such problem with the nori-wrapped roll (with seared salmon). They were the most pleasant, but the salad inside was out of the flavor range)
The second point. The problems with Philadelphia and Chuka have not ended. It doesn't taste very good, it's kind of sour, as if it's gone bad. After trying all the ingredients separately, I came to the conclusion that there was something wrong with the rice. Perhaps too much vinegar was added. Unpleasant. The cream cheese does not seem to be classic, but as if it were for spreading from a store.
I really hope we're just unlucky that the rolls are usually delicious. Because I can't call this experience a good one. Two stars with a plus.
