In a very convenient location there is a sushi bar with a pleasant-sounding name "Sushi Yami". Since this is the most frequently visited area of the city, I've been visiting the place since it opened and even ordered sets for the holidays. What am I talking about? The place has gone bad, unfortunately.
On Saturday evening, we decided to dilute the usual dishes and eat exotic ones. We settled down on the street. The tables are dirty. In general, there is a feeling of some kind of disorder. A nice girl came up, but alas, she was absolutely not trained in waiter work, and therefore was not customer-oriented. He doesn't understand Russian at all, even the most basic words. I found it very difficult to communicate in Uzbek, I was shy, I wanted to escape all the time))
Meal:the drink is delicious.
Garlic bread is normal.
Baked rolls for a solid 4
California doesn't taste good, I don't know what's wrong, but it doesn't taste good at all.
The contingent is national, and that's all, which explains the lack of knowledge of Russian among the staff.
Apparently, the previous owners have left this place, and this is not a bit of a plus for the kitchen and sushi bar.
By the way, they also brought a broken glass ((This can be seen in the photo.
I don't recommend it for a visit, and I'd rather get to Japan myself)))

Sidora is perhaps the best waiter in Tashkent, who knows how to create the right atmosphere in a restaurant, fulfill small reasonable requests from the client and delightfully serve guests. I, a person who has visited hundreds of restaurants of different levels in many cities and CIS countries, confidently declare and subscribe and vouch for this girl that she is really a professional in her field. The service was at zero, I had to shout across the hall, we were simply ignored, they never came up, they didn't ask if we needed anything. First of all, I will note the weak service on my personal example: we came with friends and ordered French fries along with the rolls, which were brought to us when we were already finishing all the rolls in an hour, and the potatoes were super fatty without the taste of the potatoes themselves. There were also a couple of cases when the waiter forgot to bring small additions to the order (an extra glass, another juice), being distracted by new customers. I also note that the taste of sushi itself is inferior to the branches of Japonamama (personal taste).
