Данное заведение разочаровали к большому сожалению! Ваш менеджер общается с клиентами будто «решала на районе» и совершенно не клиентоориентирован. Мог сделать исключение как постоянному клиенту, (впервые такое случилось что ошиблась заказом) сменить по просьбе одну позицию в заказе. Но менеджер в грубой форме сказал что ему без разницы, постоянный ты клиент или нет, еда готовится. Начал спорить кто должен платить, повар, он, оператор? Вместо гонора мог вежливо предложить на это блюдо минимальную скидку (5%) и добавить то, что просит клиент и все остались бы довольны. А тут настроение и аппетит испорчен из за хамовитого и не очень умного менеджера. Не выдержав отменила весь заказ, на что я услышала «А кто будет платить за все блюда?!» Но это уже не моя проблема. После такого отношения к постоянным клиентам совершенно отбило желание что либо заказывать там!

Здравствуйте! Мы у вас постоянные клиенты, очень нравится ваша кухня и роллы, решили на 8 марта к вам прийти. Не успели никак забронировать место, так как, были не в Узб. Пришли в заведение, просто попросили есть ли у них свободные места (вежливо, с уважением) а на ответ получили резкое, хамское отношение со стороны мужчины (не знаю кем он у вас работает, наверное админ) бы в шоке и вышли. Я понимаю что у вас народу валом, что потерянные 3 клиента вам ничего не значит, но нужно было проинформировать нас более мягче, я не говорю об извинениях, а просто не говорить так грубо. Мама моя сильно обиделась, настроение было испорчено и поехали в другое место, где нас встретили с удовольствием и нашли место для нас всех. Жаль, очень нравилась ваше заведение…Пока не разберетесь со своим персоналом, которые вот так по хамски относятся к клиентам, мы к вам ни ногой.

Да очень понравилось. Не хуже чем в японе маме очень вкусные суши. И кстати плюс что не нужно ждать или бронировать место всегда есть. Никак в японе маме всегда занято у них не попадешь когда хочешь нужно бронировать или вообще нет с роду места.
