On February 19, 2025, my friend and I decided to visit our favorite restaurant with a very tasty menu... Everything is fine, but the mood was completely ruined by the receptionist (as she introduced herself - the hostess of this institution), who was rude, raised her tone and basically behaved like a "market woman" with regular customers.... It was the best sushi restaurant in the city and the attitude to people...but after such an attitude, we will look for something else...

service, as elsewhere in the city, rests on the fragile shoulders of a very young team. If there is no full landing, then you will not have to wait long for the order. Tom yam is normal, the rolls are normal, I'm going to try ramen next time. I would like to note the improvement over the past couple of years: the smell from the kitchen is no longer audible in the hall. Aquariums with fish are pleasantly pleasing ♥️ the prices are average.

I made an online order a couple of weeks ago. One of the advantages is that there is a vegetarian menu and it is really delicious. But the service is terrible. Not only did I wait 40 minutes only until they called me to confirm the order, but they also counted 650 rubles for delivery "to my area", although it was written that delivery in Donetsk was free of a certain amount (I don't remember exactly it, but I had above this amount). But the surprises didn't end there. When the order finally arrived three hours later, the amount still did not converge (downwards). I'm already checking at home..WHERE ARE MY NOODLES? It would have been worse if it had been counted and not put down, of course, but someone decided that I would just do without it. At the same time, I was not notified that she was not there.
If it were counted, then 1 star would be a pity. I bet 2 only for the golden hands of the chefs. I strongly do NOT recommend ordering here!

We were in the institution quite recently, ( 06/18/2013 ) there were not many people, but the order was prepared for about an hour.
Of the cons:
• we ordered everything, a friend's order was taken out on a tray with a friend's order, without saying anything. She waited for her order for about 2 hours, the staff answered her questions in the spirit: "Well, you know, you're in the kitchen, wait." As a result, they apologized, that's all.
Bottom line: both delicious and sad. 4/5.

If you visit this "restaurant", it is better to call it a "bar", then it is fine, but if you order, then not very much. There is no declared cashless payment. Cash only or by transfer to a phone number. A dry cleaner in his profession, in my opinion, is a little weak.

From the good: a pleasant and attentive (but not intrusive) waitress. I really liked the service.
From the bad: the interior is like from the noughties, inside there is nothing to hint that the restaurant is Japanese. Well, somehow it was possible to update, no?
IT DOESN'T TASTE GOOD. And this, alas, is the main thing. Well, just no rolls, no. Like cardboard. Rolled up somehow.
Half of the rolls on the menu are with chicken, but seriously...
the hot roll was brought barely warm.

If you need to negotiate with business partners or have a quiet family dinner in a romantic setting, then you are here. The staff is polite, they work smartly, but without fuss. The cuisine is Asian and European, the food is delicious. The bar has a wide selection of drinks for every taste. There is also delivery in the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the discount when ordering takeaway. There is an application for smartphones.
