We ordered rolls and sushi with a guy around 18.50, the order was waiting for more than 3 hours, we took the order at 22.10, for so long we had not expected an order anywhere else. In addition to the roll and sushi, we specified 2 soy sauces and 1 ginger in the order, as a result, 3 ginger and no soy sauce were entered in the order receipt. We told the receptionist about this, to which she replied that they were not entered into the receipt, we paid extra for these 2 soy sauces on top. Later, we recalculated our order again and realized that we were shortchanged by 6p. In terms of the quality of rolls and sushi, it's not worth our money. We tried rolls much tastier for +/- the same price. The impressions were unpleasant and sad.

I always order here. There has been a lot of disappointment lately. Soy sauce is a solid contamination of water. I understand that it is supposedly free, but to breed for so much is beyond arrogance. Additionally, sauces are a separate topic. The container is poorly closed and, as a result, half of the sauce is poured into the bag. It costs 2.50rubles per minute for one. 15.09 I ordered two sets. An order in the amount of 95 rubles as a result, I received two sauces spilled and a set not in full (4 pcs of gunkans are missing). Unfortunately, not in the city. I'm going to write a complaint.

Pyaterochka! Employees always deliver orders on time, meet the agreed time. Polite staff, food is always fresh, everything is well packed! I was also pleased with the pick-up promotion, where they give a roll as a gift.

We take it for the third time. Everything was fine the first time. For the second time, the promotional roll was not put in and when ordering, the girl indignantly asked "are you drinking this sesame?"For the third time, we said that we would arrive in 1.5 hours and pick it up. As a result, the drier, as I understood from the words of the cook himself, did not keep track of time and was done 20 minutes later. And when they made an order, the cook swore obscenities, saying what kind of bad people order such and such rolls. If you don't like the job, then why work there? We have not yet understood under what conditions they put a set of sauces ( soy, wasabi and ginger ) . Before that, they went to bed, this time they didn't.
