Good evening, I visited the sushi shop today, I was not very satisfied with the service, we celebrated our birthday, ordered pizza, drinks and desserts, we were told that there were no desserts except ice cream, we were asked about pan-cats, they said that there were none, we ordered pizza and ice cream, they brought half-cold in more than an hour, added to we ordered rolls, waited for them for about 40 minutes, came to the counter, and the waitress Valeria, after looking at the computer, decided not to pay attention to our request to come over, asked about the rolls, at the same minute they took them out of the kitchen, apparently they just didn't want to carry them, they also saw a cat that was being carried to the next table and they told us that they weren't there, they asked about them again, Valeria replied in a rude voice, "it was an hour ago." They asked about the ice cream. In response, in a rude voice, "you said to bring them later." Although we had been sitting at an empty table for a long time (empty because they don't carry dishes), I hope they will take action.

It's an amazing place. As we were told, it's the only place in the whole city where they make sushi. Guess what they can't do? Yes, it is sushi! We ordered a set that included Philadelphia. Not only were they made terribly poorly (the fish were cut into some incomprehensible pieces and the rolls were cut both in thickness and mostly thinly), but instead of cream cheese, they also stuffed something very similar to feta. And yes, the fish looks like an ordinary Santa Bremor. Rice is also not for sushi. Of the three rolls in the set, there was only one normal roll - where the eel tasted like herring.
But the carbonara was surprisingly normal, as were the pancakes with pork rinds. Maybe you shouldn't make sushi then? Well, or send a cook to a course.
It's a solid four for pasta and draniki, but because of the sushi in an institution that positions itself as a sushi bar, it's a bold zero. That's two in total.
It is difficult to find such bad sushi in Minsk.

Unfortunately, we did not appreciate the taste of the rolls, cream cheese is an incomprehensible coarse, tasteless mass, the salmon in Philadelphia was slightly salted, obviously not very fresh, the eel in the eel roll was not found in all the pieces, and the rice itself is porridge, the shrimp roll in tempura is more or less edible. In general, we didn't get any pleasure (As for the establishment itself and the service: at the entrance, none of the staff pays attention to you, we ourselves found an empty, unmade table and asked to clean up, the dishes were raked, the table was wiped after our second reminder, then we waited a long time for the menu, it turned out we had to press the button that was lying behind the jars and napkins, we didn't notice her, and no one reported it, we waited for food for 30-40 minutes, the workload was heavy, so overall the service is normal. Overall impression: tasteless at a fairly high price, the "meeting of guests" is lame.

I often use delivery. Wishes: in order to be able to order a menu from a cafe for delivery, as well as set meals, it is not always possible to go to a cafe. And pizza and rolls for lunch are not always desirable. In general, it is normal. But, there is one shift where it is always delicious, and there are days when, apparently, I get to another shift, and from the rolls - only the name, the taste is generally so-so and everything falls apart. Thanks to the shift that STILL cooks normally 👌

The order was accepted quickly, but it turned out that half of the rolls menu was in the stack. I had to choose from what I had.
The waiter did not even know what kind of wine there was, did not understand the difference between dry and semi-sweet wine. As a result, I mixed up everything, brought white instead of dry red... Yes, she also tried to dump her joint on us, like we ordered white... It's very unpleasant...
Pizza is something with something... Unpeeled, minimum filling, poorly sliced..
As for the rolls, they are not bad in quality and taste, but they were made for more than an hour, although the time until the order is ready, according to the waiter, is 30-40 minutes.
The waiters (4 people) are busy with anything, there were few visitors, but even dirty dishes and appliances bothered to remove only after a reminder.
When asked to take the remaining rolls with us, we were given a container and left..
By yourself, all by yourself...
this is such an institution... Think for yourself, decide for yourself whether to eat here or not.

If you think that coming to a beautiful place you will be humanly fed? You're wrong. After, in general, an hour of waiting, they brought us cold miso soup and 3 rolls, 2 of which turned out to be without fish at all (if you think that I missed this point in the description of the roll - it was with fish that we chose), despite the fact that the last roll was with pieces of fish (everything corresponds here, no questions. And yes, two of the three were baked - which, like the soup, turned out to be cold due to the fact that they forgot about the order. When the order was clarified, ginger was refused, and lo and behold, it is on a plate...
And the cherry on the cake - when paying for the only normal roll, the waiter was asked to take the order with them, bring the box and leave, they say, collect it yourself.
If it were possible to put zero stars, I would. I think we'll eat with the competition.

I will add a review. After visiting this place again, the child and I sat down at a table by the window. We were already flipping through the menu, a girl came up and asked us "do we know that this table is ordered?" I note that there was no sign that the table was ordered. She called us the time for which the table was ordered - 17:30 . We arrived at 16:00. And they came to us at 16:20 . Of course, my daughter and I planned to sit quietly and take our time, so we moved to another one. After us, two women sat down at the same "ordered" table. They were also kicked out and only after that they put up a sign . As a result, we left at closer to 19:00, and the table was still free ... the impression was so-so.

It is unclear what is included in the set (ordered set 2). The names of the rolls are spelled out, but the number is not, only the total weight. In the photo in the application there are three rolls, in fact - four (it is clear that they sell by weight, but the rest is unclear). Of the three names, only one roll looks like what it should be, but the rest, especially Philadelphia (rice in a "cap"). Everything will become clear from the photo. I will not write whether I liked sushi or not, I will say one thing, I ate them %20, the rest .....

We went to have lunch and were completely disappointed, starting with the service and ending with the quality of the food. Mom ordered water and asked me to bring it right away, after 4 minutes of waiting, I went to the bar myself to ask for this water. She asked me not to put ice in my coffee, but it's not fate either. I had to fish it out in a bowl for soy sauce. And this ice stayed with us until the end of lunch. No one bothered to clean it, even though they came up several times. Caesar salad is just a mountain of lettuce leaves and quite a lot of cheese, all other ingredients in a minimum amount. Rolls - both in appearance and taste are very different: one solid cheese interspersed with other ingredients. In general, we ate something to eat, but no pleasure from visiting. Two stars for a nice waitress and good coffee.

There were no apologies in response to the comments on the service, but dissatisfied statements were clearly heard.

After completing a walk around the city, we decided to go to this place because we love rolls. My husband and I ordered rolls of 3 different types and were disappointed. It was impossible to peel the rice off the plate so it stuck to it. The rolls themselves were falling apart, I had to eat in parts, but that's half the trouble. The baked ones were not even finished, because the shrimps were not the first freshness and the smell was already coming from them. 3 stars only for service and staff.

We often come to this institution, today we came for the first time to try a set lunch.
And they were extremely dissatisfied. We came in, no one greeted us, sat down at a table, chose dinners, we sit waiting for someone to come up to us. This wait lasted about 10 minutes.
As a result, we went to the bar ourselves in an attempt to order, but we were sent back to sit.
Within 5 minutes, the waiter ran up and took the order (a couple of soups and a couple of salads).
After that, we continued a nice conversation, until we noticed that the tables that came after us were already finishing the same dishes.
I went over to make a comment, as a result, instead of elementary apologies, the waiters began to resent each other who was taking whose order. I returned to the table and it took 5 minutes for the order to be given to us. (Our total waiting time was about 25 minutes).
We started eating and immediately noticed leftovers on the cutlery that was served to us.
Also, I noticed that there were no napkins, again, I got up and went to the bar to make a remark...
In the end, again, no apologies, and instead of beautiful folded napkins, they poked them at us as is, as if doing a favor (I'll even attach a photo of napkins that I don't want to see in any place anymore).
The only thing that turned out to be pleasant was the kitchen.
All the dishes were very tasty, except for the bread... It was stale and it was impossible to eat it.
We asked the waiter why the bread is like this, if you have indicated that fresh pastries???
On this...we were told that it was yesterday's, we asked to replace it or remove it from the order, the girl took it away, saying that it would be deleted from the order ...
As a result, this was not done during the calculation. Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful service, after which you do not want to come to your place at all.
