So, let's briefly go through the pros and cons of this particular point of the dryhouse. I decided to order rolls for the night, chose a set. When choosing a set, sticks, ginger, wasabi and soy sauce were initially added to the set. I thought then: "Wow, it's convenient, otherwise I might have forgotten to specify." The cost, accordingly, has also increased. Firstly, the courier was late. The question arises: why specify the deadline for the order if there is a factor of force majeure, where the courier may be delayed for various reasons? They got out of it: they offered a promo code for the next order in the form of a free dessert. Okay, we forgot. The courier delivers the order. Without opening the package, I suspect that there are no jars with soy sauces, because there are only the containers for rolls inside. I check with the courier if everything is in order with the order. The courier says yes, everything is inside. I reveal the order: there are no sets. There is already a strain: lateness + lack of chopsticks, ginger, soy sauce and wasabi. I call the call center with the question of how we will solve this situation, which I was initially offered to put out for free next time. And now what to eat?))))
As a result, pointing out that this is their mistake, and not mine, I get the answer that they will be brought within 1 hour and 10 minutes. Okay, we're waiting, the night has just begun. They call back after another 10 minutes and say that they will not bring the remaining items, because the video shows that the kits are put in the package. I asked them to send me a video in messenger, to which they tell me they can't do it. And why?))) Below)))

Of all this farce, only the manager (maybe due to experience or ingenuity) had the idea to ask to send a check so that we would be convinced. As a result: the bottom line was that the courier mixed up the orders.
The manager did the right thing and sent sets + additional sauces by the first courier to compensate for the time spent.
Now the climax: the food itself. Since the order was not the same, I tried it with friends: seth unistar, fiji maki and Kurosaki maki. Some of the rolls of the unistar set simply do not have the taste of fish: an ordinary piece of tasteless, several times defrosted / frozen fish. At the same time, the two positions in the set had an adequate, acceptable taste. Better than just edible. In the same Kurosaki maki, the taste of fish, despite the pronounced taste of toppings, was felt. Fiji macs are just a sweet treat, there's nothing to dig into.
In total, we put 3 for the food.
The work of the call center in this situation simply struck me with its inability and lack of understanding of the situation, unwillingness to enter into the situation and look at least somehow from the client's side.
