We always ordered here before and everything was fine. But this time I was a little disappointed . I ordered Singapore poppies , the problem was in the fish , which besides being different in color , was also tasteless and had the consistency of jelly . I contacted the admin who initially said that the rolls would be changed for me. After 45 minutes, a girl called and said that all the fish were like that and they would not be able to replace it . This situation has ruined my mood and appetite .

We ordered the king set here for the first time. The action is based on cream, beautiful photos and "Anatoly will pay extra" have been arranged. It is unpleasant to write bad things, but there is only one phrase that can describe this food - * battered piggy. Nothing more, nothing less, that's just * how it should be. In order, then: 1) the smell, that's the worst part. A potpourri of canned fish, mustiness and death. It feels like the surfaces and containers for slicing and cooking food are not processed between different products. The rice absorbed everything into the mix. I've tried so many rolls, but I've never seen anything like it. 2) Twisting. They are not tightly twisted, extremely carelessly, everything sticks out and falls off, but at the same time they are soaked with some kind of moist canning spirit, due to which they stuck together with the packaging and were very easily torn into pieces. 3) the caviar is an imitation, which on the one hand is expected (having seen the quality of what arrived), although on the other hand the original cost of the set is supposedly 150p (alas, just dirty marketing), 47p was the cost of the set at a discount, I won't even guess the cost. 4) the weight of the set is indicated as 1400g +, in fact, there was no kg here, but it doesn't matter at all, BECAUSE after the sample everything went to the trash. 5) they asked for two sets of chopsticks, put 1. I don't have a habit of throwing food away, it's wrong, but choking on it is also wrong and certainly not an obligation. This is the first time I've ever had this, thanks to the fact that I didn't feel any worse from eating a couple of rolls (only financially and mentally). In total, I highly recommend it to no one, under any circumstances.

Hello everyone I've been buying sushi at sushi house since I was a student, and it's a pity that they're going downhill every year. It used to be beautiful and incredibly delicious. I just picked up my order at the Caravan shopping center, honestly, this is the first time I've seen such a joke) they rolled up the rolls like a pig, not a human. It still tastes sadder. The rice is dry, as if it had been lying down for two weeks, it is impossible to eat. I'll never buy anything from them again, and I don't recommend it to you either.

It's just awful! I always ordered from this restaurant. This was the first time they brought it to me. The rolls are all as sloppy as possible, as if someone had already eaten them. There are few fish, everything is rolled up as if it were scraps for pigs. I do not know how I have the conscience to carry such a thing to clients for almost 50p. They don't respond to Viber (although they told the hotline to write there), they replied on instagram the next day and told them to wait for feedback. They contacted me in the evening and offered me 10 points. When asked about a refund, I was told that it was not "in their company's policy" because I did not provide them with an 80% set for evaluation. You can't see from the photo what you're bringing. In general, they do everything not to return the money, they are absolutely entitled to the client.

In Minsk, one of the best restaurants of this chain. Almost always fresh food and a pretty good drier. There are no questions in terms of food. But the staff itself has disappointed more than once. Especially if you order delivery. Napkins are almost never put in, just like chopsticks, even though you've already paid for them three times, they've been delivered without anything. Otherwise, there are no questions. It's a good place. I just recommend coming in person, not ordering delivery.

In two rolls with fried salmon, instead of fish, there was a skin and tesha - these are fat strips cut from the abdominal part. The receptionist responded to my complaint 3 days later, seriously convincing me that this is normal and if I want fillets, then I should order Philadelphia, for example. Although the menu says salmon fried in teriyaki, not the skin and the fish in the photo, and I ordered these rolls a million times before and I know what they should be. In general, sushi went to the trash, the institution was not going to compensate, they believe that everything is fine with their order, customer orientation is zero, food quality is zero. Well OK, that was my last order.

Let's go make an order and find out that they are already closed 40 minutes earlier. The girl at the checkout, instead of saying something intelligible, began to be rude and rude. I worked in catering myself. And if we close at 23:00, then we closed and washed the kitchen at 23:00, and not earlier than 40 minutes. The situation happened last summer. No reply , no greetings . That 's how they try to maintain feedback .

After 10 minutes of waiting, I went to the cashier and asked when the waiter would come to me, it turned out that never, because this is a self-service establishment. Guys, what about pointing out in the logo or at least putting signs on the tables that this is a SELF-service restaurant?! As a result, I paid for the order, asked if my order would be brought to my table, and they answered yes. My lunch break has already ended, and my order is still not in sight. I go to the checkout and ask where my order is. And they tell me he's been ready for a long time. What?! I am the only person in the whole establishment, I was given the wrong information and none of the 10 people bothered to tell me that the order was ready. Guys, did all 10 employees really think that I just decided to sit down and relax with you for an hour? Where is sanity and customer focus? Well, at the very end, I found out that they gave me a receipt so that I would take 15 minutes and come up for the order myself, but they didn't tell me about it. And how about it all be clearly spelled out in the menu and in the signs on the tables? Why are there 10 empty tables there at all? I hope that the founders will see how low-quality their treatment of customers entering the institution is, and what a poor level of communication organization in general.

After that, you wait for your order for at least 20 minutes, although there is no reason for such a long wait. And the crowning thing is that there is no announcement that your order is ready. Only after you approach the disgruntled cashier again, he will bother to tell you that yes, your order is ready. There is no desire to come back here again, although the sushi is delicious. I hope the authorities will take some measures.
