There are three options why this is so:
1-sushi is cooked in the morning and stupidly sold not very fresh (the order in Yandex was at 20:00 approximately)

But what I got was, of course, a roll with onions that makes me sick, so this roll was also placed in the very center so that the onion fell on two adjacent other rolls!
Secondly, there was a feeling that a package of salt was poured into the roll that comes with sesame seeds! It was simply impossible to eat it!!!

The relaxation of the staff and the indifference of the cashier, who was the only one who could clarify the additional waiting time after the time when the order should have been ready, upset and amused at the same time. A new waiting time was outlined, but they did not have time for it either. The issue was not resolved and began to get on my nerves. Apparently, employees understand the time function as "I don't care what time it is." I believe that the surprise in the form of a serving with some inverted rolls and sauce smeared on the box was a bonus to the overdue order readiness time. It is a pity that in a hurry it was not possible to take a photo of such an "interesting" presentation in the evening with poor color reproduction in the car. But such a bonus system is truly a winning one, because it turned out that the "gift" still included 3 dice directly in one roll. This is probably a special bonus for "favorite" customers.
