If you ask through a call center or write in the comments to write off bonuses, they never write off. Only if pickup is available. Overall, it's not bad.
It is here on the Logoi tract that sushi is always very tasty, both on delivery and on pickup. They are prepared and delivered quite quickly. The staff is pleasant.
The quality has decreased slightly, it used to be higher. For some reason, the quality of sushi and rolls has decreased with the variety of cuisine.

1. We are sushi lovers and have always chosen this place. Yes, over time there were not critical deterioration, but where they do not happen....
But this month makes me write this post and express my indignation at how you can lose your level and stop respecting your regular customers.
Firstly, the tendency to decrease in quality is increasing. At first it was not critical, but now you can even find polyethylene scraps in sushi.
Secondly, the checks are really *strange in terms of amounts*. In fairness, we note that payment issues were resolved according to the order on the Internet.
Thirdly, there were cancellations of orders or refusal to fulfill them (like they couldn't get through, although we specify a second number for communication). And now the situation becomes familiar when we try to place an order according to the promotions. For example, today on 05/23/2024, an order made for the "fifth lunch as a gift" promotion was canceled. At first, they didn't get through (this is with two specified phones), then the order was made at 15.45 (although the order is accepted until 16.00 for the promotion). And at the end, "Sorry, we won't be able to fulfill the order....". So, as soon as the promotion, we can't.... Well done!
4. The site has become disgusting to work with.
There is no way to specify the number of points to be deducted (even a ruble, even ten ..), You have to constantly indicate in the comments or call the operator.
It's a pity that these situations are starting to alienate long-term loyal customers.
I don't understand such a huge number of negative reviews. It's not the first time I've made an order, but the level of services provided and the quality made me write a review.
1. When ordering, with confirmation of delivery in 2 hours, I made a note that I needed to do it as soon as possible, because it was an order for the cottage and it was necessary to feed the children.
2. After only 3 hours, we received a notification about the transfer of the order to Yandex delivery. No one was going to call the client.
3. The courier with my order was sent to the wrong address.
4. The food tasted like it had been in the window for a week.
It seems that the order was missed, and on the phone they referred to the extremely high load in the kitchen. They tried to send something that was stale and messed up with the address.
We were saddened, we ordered rolls 3 times, the previous two were normal, not counting the delay in delivery, the price-quality ratio is justified, this time it's just nonsense:
- the rolls were bland
- the taste is the same, you didn't even feel the difference
- cut terribly crookedly
Bonus:
When accepting an order, the girl seemed to be mocking her colleague. Working with people, I can say that it was not just a positive tone, but a mockery.
I can understand that shifts and workload may be different, but there was a very unpleasant aftertaste. Conclusion: it is better to pay more and order less, having enjoyed the food, than just to eat something incomprehensible to taste.

However, after placing the order, the operator called me and informed me that the delivery was delayed, and my order would be delivered in 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I asked why I paid 3 rubles for the promise of delivery in 45 minutes, the operator explained that there are "so many orders", and the actual waiting time is 1 hour 30 minutes, and that since I have already paid 3 rubles, my order will be delivered exactly in 1 hour 15 minutes.
Thus, my expectations did not correspond to reality, and the terms of your offer were changed without my prior consent.
Further, according to the message received, the order was supposed to be delivered before 19:25, but this did not happen. After receiving the food, we were disappointed with the quality of the prepared soups. The Fo Bo consisted purely of noodles, beef, broth and carelessly sliced large pieces of red onion. After contacting support, the courier brought sauces for Pho Bo when it was already eaten. Tom Kha is also empty without cherry and greens, the broth tastes too salty and sour.
