Sushi from Sushi House is a masterpiece of cooking, tasted in different sushi bars, Sushi House is still out of competition! The portions are excellent, a large selection of different combinations of ingredients, always fresh seafood! The taste is amazing! It's not the first time I've taken it, I'm not disappointed! I've always been thrilled with sushi house delivery. I often ordered the WOK construction kit. But last time I was completely disappointed. I ordered two boxes. So they didn't put the necessary ingredients in them, I called the call center, they redirected me to the point where the wok was being prepared, it was this institution. On the phone, the manager said that their technical cards had changed, and therefore my wok with chicken and shrimp did not have as many as three ingredients (mini corn, shiitake mushrooms and cherry tomatoes). To my objection that the website indicated just such a composition, the girl replied, so it's not much different that I We've prepared it. Not much, Carl? There were no whole three products, it greatly affected the taste. It is very unpleasant to order a dish, expect one taste, and in the end they bring the wrong one. And as an apology, I was offered 5 bonuses. After that, I called the call center to clarify what is included in the package. I didn't get a clear answer there, at first they answered me according to the list on the website, but when I told them about the situation with the change of those cards, the operator replied, yes, it could be, maybe those cards had changed. I really hope that the management of the company will figure out this situation. Because the website still contains the same composition, according to which they did not prepare a wok for me. Very sad impressions were left from the last order. I think this is a deception of the buyer.
