We were in June, overall the hotel is good. The service is good, the cleaning is excellent, there are many pools, a wonderful children's room and playground, children's animators are on top, a super selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, freshly squeezed juices, excellent coffee. Among the disadvantages is a beach with dark sand and muddy sea, the lack of free sun beds, they are simply occupied with a towel from 7 am, and at 9 there are very few free ones. And I didn't really like the food, it seems that there is everything and a lot, but there was little fish, there was no seafood at all. Theme nights are not observed, there are a lot of side dishes, but there are few delicious main dishes. On the plus side, lots of fruits.

Recently returned from a vacation with the whole family.
The hotel is very huge, there are simply no words how huge the territory of the hotel itself is, there are a lot of different bushes, flowers and vegetation in general (even bananas, lemons and tangerines grow). Quick access to the sea with plenty of sun beds and its own marina, where there are also sun beds. You can only get to the sea from the hotel, so there will be people only from it. Your own bar, where you can ask for cold drinks like cola, fanta, fusti and even flash (energy drink).
The food is very varied, it changes 3 times a day; the menu can be viewed through a QR code (but there is no translation). There are a lot of fruits, a lot of meat, there is a "section" for vegans, as well as for children. There is ice cream, as far as I remember the flavors, so it's banana, strawberry, lemon, bubble gum, chocolate, black currant, vanilla and some more. Drinks can also be ordered, a huge selection of tea, you can ask to make coffee (latte, cappuccino, etc.). Breakfast: 7-12, lunch 12:30-14:30, dinner 18:30-21:30. The staff is good, the waiters are very kind, they understand "thank you, please."
The cleaning time depends on the location of the room. In addition, every day (except Sunday) the room is replenished with drinks (you can ask for certain ones) and chips together. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, tea leaves, coffee with powdered milk, slippers with bathrobes, as well as personal hygiene items (shaving machine, toothbrushes, a lot of shower gels).
The interior is beautiful, a large number of bars, alcohol is also available (I personally have not tried :3), the beach is clean. The slides are very cool, but you have to push off on one forever, otherwise you stop despite the fact that the water is still flowing.
There is also Japanese cuisine on the territory (a separate restaurant, free of charge) and a large number of shops where you can buy circles, flowers, etc. Wi-Fi is available, it does not always catch (in the dining room, sit closer to the entrance, but more often the tables on the right are already reserved, so it is better to take seats at the very beginning), but in the rooms are perfect (+ there is a TV with 80+ channels including Russian).

This year we visited this hotel for the first time. We have a large family - four children, and we finally found the perfect room for our accommodation - a three-storey triplex with 3 bedrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living room, as many as 4 bathrooms and a balcony. In general, for large companies and large families, the room is simply indispensable, although I do not recommend taking it unnecessarily: running up stairs is very tiring. A staircase leads down from the balcony to the indoor pool complex - very unusual, the children were just happy. These pools are arranged in a ring around the entire interior space.
The entrance to the sea is 5 points : very flat (just Anapa) and completely without stones. The slippers are completely unnecessary. This rarely happens anywhere, even in hotels of a higher class, so I write about it separately.
The hotel itself is tired, the paint on the wooden panels is peeling, it would be useful to renovate. The food is like in the average Turkish "five", without frills. After "Gloria" and "Voyage", so-so, but everything is quite tasty and edible, seafood periodically flashed. There are local drinks, there are imported ones - you need to ask for a good one, and they pour it.
The kids' club is beautiful and unusual - there is a swimming pool inside. The staff of the children's club are very attentive and responsible, the children were happy.
Among the disadvantages: in general, the layout of the territory is not thought out, many objects are not located logically, it is difficult to find them the first time. Then, of course, you get used to it.
I would like to note separately the work of the reception and guest relations: honest and client-oriented professional employees work everywhere. The reception is always ready to answer all questions and help in any situation, but we are almost akin to guest relations, and even after departure. When leaving, the children forgot a lot of things in different secret drawers, we did not have time to check everything. Of the valuable things were the keys to the apartment, well, and all sorts of small things, power banks, chargers… In general, I wanted to return it all - mainly because of the keys. The staff of guest relations not only found everything and put it together, but also saved it for 5 months, and then organized the transfer of all this stuff to another hotel where our friends were vacationing. The transfer process was not easy, I had a third-party connection with the courier, but the hotel was constantly in touch and everything went smoothly only thanks to their responsibility.
In general, I recommend the hotel, but not as a luhari, but as a good quality "five".

Great hotel. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Great atmosphere-no politics, just relaxation. Everyone is friendly. Excellent food-the menu is varied for the most fastidious gourmet. The murky sea (but this is not in comparison with the Black One-it is much more transparent and cleaner) and these are the features of the Belek region-it is not critical.

An amazing huge hotel! Friendly staff, spacious rooms. What pleased me is that drinking water is always available everywhere. A huge coastline, a beach bar, a bar on the floor, a large swimming pool and a spa complex with different types of baths. You can go and go - everything works, we are ready to answer questions and help with the organization everywhere. The room is spacious, with a large bathroom. The territory is well maintained, beautiful, a combination of greenery and water in endless pools, a few minutes walk to the sea. Breakfast/lunch/dinner is very varied and there are many dishes to choose from.

The standard rooms are large, clean, everything in the room is "from a set of needles to matches"

There are always free sun beds at sea. Surprisingly, all tourists huddle around the pools)))

Belek is within walking distance: 20-25 minutes in an average step. You can take a walk in the evening, when the sun is no longer very active.

The management needs to do something about it, because it shouldn't be in the hotel for this money. The hotel has been updated, but everywhere there are moments of "fatigue" of furniture, territory, pier. The food is good, but, as we wrote below, you can't expect delicacies and a variety of seafood. In 2 weeks, after all, the same grilled sea bass with small bones got fed up. The hotel is ideal for families with children. The approach to the sea is good. If there is a good offer or discount for this hotel, you need to take it. But I wouldn't call it luxury. And ... I was also pleased that most of the guests are foreigners who relax exclusively by the pool and there were always free places on the pier, even in the middle of August.

When planning a vacation, I chose a hotel not just 5 stars, but a premium category, as indicated by the tour operator. Some facts without evaluation: for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you have to look for a free table for 15-20 minutes, you need to catch a waiter to order drinks. Half the time they forget what you ordered. Dishes from the buffet begin to be cleaned 15-20 minutes before the end of the restaurant. I watched a picture of how the dish from which they put food was taken away from people. Replenishments of dishes are slow, they do not always bring what they were at the beginning.
A lot of things, especially the grill, are over-dried.
Imported alcohol (for example, Baileys) is often said to be over.
The beach towels are quite shabby, often stained.
It is almost impossible to find a place by the pools, as well as on the pier. There are solid towels everywhere - there are no people. The staff does not make any comments, towels are not cleaned. As a result, people turn around and leave...sitting in bars.
The Wi-Fi is disgusting, even the messages don't go away. I can't use two devices, I have 2 phones, I have to switch constantly.
Cherry - clogged trash cans, plates in the corridors.
Well, the contingent, 30 percent - Kazakhstan.
I definitely haven't seen such a "luxury", even in very simple fours.

Отель имеет красивую территорию,отличный пляж.
Еда вкусная,разнообразная.
Прекрасные бассейны.
Хорошая анимация для детей и взрослых.
Плохое:
Плохая уборка общественных мест, грязнейшие лифты с мусором на полу и заляпаными зеркалами всё время!
Плохая уборка номеров.
Официанты в основном ресторане непрофессиональны, напитки заказанные можно вообще не дождаться.
Отвратительная уборка на территории бассейнов.
В основном ресторане не хватает столов, стол не вытерается после предыдущих гостей.
В общем,кто расчитывает на сервис 5-ти звёзд,хорошего уровня, вам не сюда!
С колличеством гостей отель не справляется! Никогда больше сюда не приедем!

The intrusive advertising of all kinds of stores got me. The food is ordinary, without frills. The kids' club is mediocre, but the staff there is very pleasant. The shows are repeated every week. At the moment I am in a hotel, room cleaning for 3, the rooms are large, but tired: cracked whitewash on the ceiling, linen may have holes, the bed is changed if you leave a tip - otherwise they will just make it. The attitude of the accommodation service is a separate song. She asked for an additional fee to replace the room with a sea view, allegedly there are no rooms, although the tour operator confirms the availability of rooms for open sale. They gave a room with a view to the roof, when asked to replace the room, they said they would try the next day, while the day was paid, and the accommodation service wanted the room to be vacated at 9 a.m. allegedly so that others could be placed earlier, despite the fact that we stopped by only at 16.00. It turns out to be placed earlier than others - and you, as you want, sit on at the reception with your belongings. That's the attitude towards Russian tourists. I'm definitely not coming back here anymore. There are no complaints about nutrition, but you can't wait for the waiter to come up to you. If you apply, they wave you off and leave, I couldn't find a fork for dinner, I went up to the waiter, he looked for himself and replied that there were no forks. If you come with a large family, then you may be noticed. It was the first time for me when I was asked to pay the bill for additional services in advance by slipping a corresponding notification under the room door, in other hotels I always paid at check-out. They probably doubt the solvency of their clients, I don't know, but there was not a pleasant aftertaste.

The hotel ABSOLUTELY does not correspond to the number of stars, and does not pull its price from the word at ALL. I definitely do not recommend it.
1. I would like to start with the sweetest thing - WiFi that does not catch absolutely throughout the hotel except for the Reception. That is, the Wi-Fi work area, one floor of the entire hotel.
I read a couple of reviews about it, but I didn't think it was that bad, because there is no connection at the hotel either. Be prepared to find yourself with absolutely nothing, especially if you-or your loved ones-often cannot do without communication.
2. Maintenance. In the hotel, 97% of all waiters speak Turkish and speak some English. They asked if the waiter understands Russian, to which they received an unequivocal YES. And to the question: "can you reserve this table for us for the evening?"
the waiter silently turned around and went to look for someone who could help. And this situation has happened more than once!!!
3. Arriving at SUSESI, be prepared that all your requests will be ignored, about five times, and even more, I asked for a room on the first or second floor, because two adults with terrible claustrophobia were with me. Before departure, did you clarify whether the request was accurately heard? Yes. As a result, they move to the sixth floor in the farthest wing.
4. Do you come with children wanting to discover a good water park? Like the one that doesn't match the picture at ALL. Instead of six slides, there are four, and those are in cracks. Again, bingo, not one lifeguard understands a word of Russian.
I definitely do not recommend it. It does NOT match its price even ABSOLUTELY.
If the SUSESI hotel takes on the responsibility of being called comfortable, at least try to match it.

Change of bed linen every day, as well as replenishment of the bar and a set of tea, coffee and snacks. The hotel's restaurant is huge, the choice of dishes, I think, will satisfy any guest. Personally, I can recommend an amazing smoked salmon, fried haloumi, tongue and roast beef, just beyond praise. I also discovered mulberry ice cream, I recommend it! The hotel bars have imported alcohol, the bartenders make excellent cocktails (Margarita, Daiquiri and Cosmopolitan are excellent), good white wine, good champagne. I advise you to visit ala-kart restaurants, we were in Turkish and Italian, we were satisfied with both the food and the service. By the way, the staff is definitely the strong side of the hotel, everyone is as friendly and friendly as possible. The hotel's beach is large, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the pier was closed, it was just being prepared for the beginning of the season. For massage lovers, I advise you to visit the hotel's spa, I think you will be satisfied, the spa staff are masters of their craft. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, I can safely recommend the hotel to visit. Наш любимый отель. Здесь как дома уже. Нравится всё : кухня, развлечения, номера, общая атмосфера. Всё там классно - вежливый персонал, первоклассный сервис , и пляж- это просто класс! Мягкий песок, пирс- всё для вас ! Susesi, мы обязательно приедем ещё!❤️

С точки зрения наполнения всё отлично: еда, анимация, развлечения, пляж, выбор в барах. Главных минусов два: ужасное обслуживание и огромное количество гостей. Отель большой, везде толпа. В столовой очереди. В барах ждать мину по 10, пока на вас обратят внимание.

We were in Susesi in late May and early June 2023. I liked the hotel. The room was nice, cleaning, changing of towels and bath accessories were carried out every day. Even though I made the bed myself every morning, the maids still redid it after me. Once they even made a heart out of towels, swans, although there was no important date that day. Maybe they wanted a tip, I don't know. And on her daughter's birthday, the room was decorated with balloons, too, a heart and swans made of towels, a whole cake with champagne was brought.
The minibar (drinks, snacks for children) was replenished every day with even a margin.
The food is good. Children's menu, for vegetarians, diabetics. There was no seafood. Strawberries are made from seasonal fruits every day, but the watermelon was already at the end. Maybe the season was just beginning, I don't know. Desserts made my head spin, there were many types of baklava. But some of the cakes were so-so (in general, Turks do not know how to make delicious cakes, mostly dry ones). Freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. There were themed days at the restaurant. It's Italian, Mexican cuisine. The service at the hotel was excellent. They always came up, asked, brought what they needed and took away the empty dishes. The staff at the restaurant mostly spoke English. There was animation, they came up, invited everyone to various activities. But few people went. There were few people during our stay. Mostly Europeans were vacationing, the British were, the Turks. There were almost no Russians. The kids' mini club is great. A large team of animators entertained the children every day, in the evening there was a disco, performances with a clown. Somehow they wanted to organize a movie in Russian for children, but there were only 4 rooms in the entire Russian-speaking hotel. We met only 1 Russian family with children. Although there were few vacationers, evening shows were held every day. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. We didn't spend much time on the beach, it was windy and cloudy all the time. We were unlucky with the weather. That's why we hung out in the pool. There is 1 heated swimming pool outside, the rest were cold. There are 2 adult and 1 children's pools inside.

Были тут тремя семьями в июле 2023 года! В целом хорошо отдохнули, но сейчас расскажу почему именно) Во первых, получилось объединить два обычных номера в премиум с мини бассейном на балконе, это конечно был восторг! За те деньги которые он стоит в реальности, никогда бы не отдал) хоть и писали, что ремонт свежий, ну может он и свежий, но уже уставший) есть бассейн с теньком, было особенно актуально в плюс 43 в тени, безумно жарко! По поводу еды, ну подкачали, скажу честно, вроде много всего, но чтобы вкусного процентов не более 15 из общей массы! Напитки хорошие, вопросов нет! Мороженое и разные сладкие штуки у пляжа, вкусно! Рестораны на улице, ну то ещё удовольствие в жару, вообще нереально кушать, посоветовал бы распылители с холодной водой)

There are a sufficient number of snack bars and just bars, a good kids' club with animation, although by the end of the season it is no longer fully operational.
But what exactly needs attention is the condition of the main building itself in terms of cosmetic repairs, the exterior is all shabby, the corridors inside the building also cause big questions, dirty carpets.
The room stock seems to be refreshed, but accommodation in a regular delux with 2 children is not convenient, there is not enough space, and you can't exactly call couches for children beds, but for some reason 8-9 square meters were given for the bathroom, it would be better to make a living room more.
In general, everyone liked the rest except for small things that you don't want to see in a luxury hotel. Despite all that has been written, I recommend visiting, BUT on condition that some kind of promotion or discounts from tour operators are valid for this hotel.

Отличный отель!!! Были в нем с 7 августа 2023 г, перед вылетом я начиталась плохих отзывов и побаивалась, так как до этого отдыхали в Белеке в вояже и Кая палацио гольф. Но!! Отель отличный, я в целом не привередливый человек, возможно поэтому мне все очень даже понравилось.
Номера убирают хорошо, бары - отличные коктейли, прекрасная анимация как детская так и взрослая. Мест на пляже много, возможно все тусят у бассейна, но мне бассейны не очень интересны. Есть все что нужно для отдыха с детьми. Персонал вежливый.
Из итого, что читала ранее:
Плохо работает вай фай- в номере работает отлично, на пляже да ловит так себе, и в ресторане не ловит. Но лично мне это и не нужно было.
Полотенца по карточкам-ну это очень условно, да при заселении дают карточки, утром когда идешь на пляж полотенца выдают по карточкам, но буквально пару часов, а потом бери себе сам сколько нужно и без карточек.
Читала, что кондиционер плохо работает-у нас работал в номере отлично, выставляешь температуру и все отлично работает, как тебе нужно.
Да у отеля есть конечно недочеты, но они не очень критичны.
Что для меня лично было критично-очень холодная вода в душе на пляже и у бассейнов. Ополоснуться после моря ну очень сложно, так как холодно, дети плачут когда их родители ведут в душ.

Отдыхаем в этом отеле с 15.08.
Все шикарно, сервис на очень высоком уровне. Чистый ухоженный пляж, территория. Номера убирают ежедневно: смена белья, полотенец, тапочки, плюс пополняют ежедневно расходную гигиену. Белье и пототенца белоснежные, имеют восхитительный аромат. Выдают пляжные сумки. Когда одна пляжная сумка порвалась, мы оставили её в номере и её без просьбы по умолчанию поменяли на новую. Постоянно пополняся минибар в номере. Всё работает безупречно: кондиционер, сантехника. Номер делюкс с видом на море.
Питание шведский стол, все свежее в изобилии рыба, мясо, фрукты, молочка, шикароне детское меню. Огромный выбор.
Большая благодарность персоналу отеля за гостеприимство, дружелюбие, отзывчивость, внимательность к деталям!
Реальный релакс именно в этом отеле. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё.

Сейчас отдыхаем в этом отеле. Больше всего расстроила еда, она отвратительная:( Я не ем мясо, а рыбы и морепродуктов очень мало и все невкусное. Черешня несколько раз была забродившая. Даже десерты и турецкие сладости отвратные. В главном ресторане на улице все время жуткая вонь стоит от жарки. Ну а я отравилась на 3 день проживания и отдых испорчен, лежу в номере. Из хорошего в отеле бассейн, он чудесный, особенно тот что с пальмами. Понравились занятия пилатесом и время удобное. Шоу какие то неудачные и неинтересные, а еще у них сломана система кондиционирования и в центре зала сзади 4 ряда работает печка и сидеть просто невозможно, как в сауне и неприятный запах стоит. 2 раза сообщила об этом персоналу, никто ничего не сделал. Жутко неудобные соломенные стулья на шоу, хотелось бы какие то мягкие накладки положить, после шоу спина отваливается. Дурацкое время работы аквапарка 10-12 и 14-16. Невозможно успеть в него попасть. Необходимо увеличить время работы до 18. Море тоже все в камнях и грязное. Зона лежаков небольшая. Сама территория отеля красивая.

Вкусно, обслуживание на отлично, чисто, заход в море песочек, большой бассейн, шезлонги можно и на травку поставить. Много активностей, есть всегда чем заняться
