He never once addressed the dog. After prescribing and giving the injection, he did not ask for the dog's weight or contraindications, did not examine the mucous membranes. When asked to immediately do biochemistry, an IV as a supportive therapy after a venomous snake bite, they told you not to, to put it mildly, "don't get smart, we know better." You'll be fine tomorrow. The next day, without proper therapy, the dog became much worse, the swelling was bombed specifically, he vomited. The next day, I asked to postpone the appointment for half an hour and instead of a specific answer, I heard the doctor "I have an appointment at 16.00, then I will leave and at 17.30 the next appointment, see for yourself when you come, see for yourself what to do with this information."😏 Biochemistry was refused, only three days later.
The assistant is afraid of the dog.
As a result, I went to another clinic where they did biochemistry, a general blood test, an antiemetic drip, diagnosed tissue necrosis, and a blow to the liver, prescribed medications. (And the vet was in touch late at night answering questions.) And with timely maintenance therapy, all this could have been avoided.
PS I answer the "business response" - You and I did not have an agreement in which the conditions of the visit were specified, but you verbally said just now, in the back, throwing an insult. Regarding the free presence of the dog in the office and where the area of this office ends, they could say right away, and not how... in the back. Moreover, there is a door - close it. In all clinics, the dog moves freely in the veterinarian's office. This is her comfort.
The weight of a dog can change by 180 degrees in a year. Last year, the dog weighed 18 kg at admission (by the way, last time you did not weigh it, but wrote it down from my words), and this year it is already 23 kg. There is a significant difference for calculating dosages.

There are different ways to say about the reception, the way you talk to customers is terrible. Arrogant, aggressive. How you answered my mother brazenly.
Actually, I did not expect any other answer, it is only in adequate clinics that client-oriented answers like "Your feedback is very important to you, we will try to be better", "Sorry for the inconvenience ..". But instead, you try to find a problem in the client, blame him, dig through dirty laundry trying to find an excuse for yourself in absolutely unrelated things (what does the free movement of the dog have to do with it?, because of this, you were not interested in dealing with us with dignity?)

I brought a kitten with a problem with its nose. He sniffs, snorts, sometimes sneezes. I got an appointment with Daria. I explained to her that I had been to another clinic. They diagnosed rhinotracheitis there. An antibiotic was prescribed, based on amoxicillin and drops. Although there was no fever, no cough, or other symptoms. The course of treatment did not help.I'm saying he only has a problem with his nose. This Daria took her temperature, she's fine, her lungs are clean, there's no snot, she just sniffs and makes the same diagnosis (just like in that clinic without any tests, just maybe) rhinotracheitis!I'm shocked. She said that amoxicillin is weak (wow, "weak"!) and convinced me to give a strong injection, which works for 3 days! a little kitten. Naturally, it did not help, the kitten did not go to the toilet for a day to pee because of the toxicity of this injection. As a result, he has stenosis . And I told her there was a problem with her nose.Maybe she's not bad as an ultrasound technician, but as a vet doctor....none at all.I give Pavel a star, the surgeon is good.

Is 10 years old for a cat a reason not to prepare preliminary tests and ultrasound for further surgery? Are these grounds to impose your opinion without test results that 10 years is already a sentence and not the fact that he will survive the operation?Is it possible to silently send for tests and only then draw conclusions? There are people who are guided, like my relatives, who, after such an appointment, scored on the operation and rejected my requests not to listen to you, because the "prognostic specialists" of the clinic know better! The cat lived for half a year after the reception, recently she was gone!
If you want to ruin your animal, come here! And I will come and file a complaint, nothing will change from this already, but I will leave the sediment to the whole "clinic"!

They were sent to other clinics. The second time the dog had surgery on his paw (in another city), a complication began in Bobruisk, they asked the clinic to see what to do, the dog felt bad, we panicked, we were refused admission again because they operated not here. I understand, but you are doctors, your duty is to help, and you left the animal to die....
