We contacted the Supertextile company on September 1. I needed a Roman curtain in the living room in a very short time, thank you very much to the girl who took the order by phone, told me everything and helped organize the measurement and departure of the designer right the next day. There were no questions at all about the designer's work - I arrived with two boxes of samples, together with my wife we picked up the fabric that perfectly matched the design project. My wife liked the designer so much that they also decided to change the curtains in the bedroom. The order was executed as soon as possible (the curtains were already hanging on 09/18/24) The price remained unchanged as originally agreed! We are very pleased with our cooperation. We have already advised our friends - wait for new orders and good luck in your business!

We ordered curtains from this company, and realized that they are trying only for high-quality marketing, promotion of their services. The price does not correspond to the quality of the received product at all. The moment when expectation and reality did not coincide at all. There were mixed feelings, it was a shame, expensive, it was a pity that they contacted this control, fell for colorful advertising and a publicized account. And now in fact:
1. Disappointment in the designer's work. In my understanding, the designer should offer everything! possible options at the request of the client, indicating the price category of these, rather than providing three samples of fabric (which turned out to be translucent and of poor quality). The black out fabric options were not shown to us. Option to file an addendum.A layer of fabric so that the one we chose would not show through was also not offered. I understand that we had a request for a certain order, but they had three huge bags of samples with them. I can't believe that the fabrics of the best quality and our shade were not there. In general, this is an omission in the work of the designer. I conclude that the title "departure of the designer" is veiled: in 3 minutes we will select the cheapest fabric and sell it for the most expensive amounts. In my sad experience, I want to warn everyone NOT to CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!!
The order was made for a very large amount, curtains, portieres, roller blinds, pleats and wooden blinds were ordered, I chose this company only because they had all the assortment I needed and did not need to involve several companies and promised Make it quick!
I was sure that with such a large order, everything would be done efficiently and in good faith, but after all the tulle was hung, I had doubts about the thickness of the fold (since it should have been maximum), after measuring the length with a tape measure, it turned out that 1.6 meters of tulle were missing, I think there was a mistake with whom it doesn't happen, but for the sake of interest, I tried on the rest and that's when it turned out that I was missing 1.4-1.6 meters everywhere!!! I was shocked and perplexed by such a deception! And now it's a pity that I didn't return all the tulle initially!
Then there were deceptions with calculations, they promised to issue an invoice with recalculation of the amount (missing meters), but they put up an amount even more than the original one!!! it was already straight funny))) and listen to excuses and explanations that they made a mistake again, that they would recalculate again, and so on!
I wanted to forget about all this and didn't even write a review! But then, less than six months later, supertextile's accountant called and said
that I had a debt of 2035.85!
Couple-couple-pam))))) I explained that everything was paid for, I told the whole situation with deception, asked to talk to the management and not bother me!
But on the same day, I received a reconciliation report on Viber with the missing amount and in case of non-confirmation within 7 days, the balance will be considered valid!
Unfortunately, I have documents only for the initial amount, after it became clear about their dishonesty and deception, and a recalculation was made, no one provided or brought new documents!!!!
I asked the management to contact me, but alas!
About the quality!
There are no questions with wooden blinds, I also liked the pleats, but the tulle was with puffs, the wrong length (I had to wait until they were sewn), the curtains arrived dirty (as the girls did not wipe the spots with a melanin sponge, I had to return it) and all this for a very decent amount!

I have repeatedly contacted the Supertextil company and everything was always at its best - first-class quality, a well-coordinated team of specialists, everything was always done on time with high quality!!!

The company that made and then hung the curtains, I do NOT ADVISE, because I only had to make a hall:
1. Agreements are not fulfilled.
2. The designer who came to us did not specify a lot of nuances.(for example, a seam will be visible at the top)(the photo shows)
3. Curtains were brought, but hooks are not provided in the kit, hooks cost 15p had to pay extra, they could have been included in the price, although curtains are not cheap.(from where the ordinary man in the street knows how many hooks are needed)
4. Curtains were hung in a hidden cornice, a seam is visible about which the designer did not say anything at the initial inspection.It's not beautiful from the word at all.
5. As soon as the company hung up the curtains, we had questions, but it turned out to be not customer-oriented.
To summarize: the curtains are not bad, but there can be no question of any professionalism, everything is beautiful on Instagram, but in fact it is complete.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Magnificent curtains! Excellent fabric quality, excellent execution. We arrived and measured it. There is a whole huge bag of fabric samples. They were quickly rejected, brought and hung up! It's just great!
That's how I got the curtains of my dreams without leaving home!

At first I wanted to buy ready-made curtains, but my sister persuaded me, and I was very pleased with the tailoring in Supertextile last year. I was impressed by the approach of the designer, who accepted and understood my uncertainty at the time of choice)) The quality of the curtains themselves and the approach to work are also at a high level.

I ordered curtains on March 16, 2024, and on April 11 they were already installed. We were pleasantly surprised not only by the speed of order production, but also by the quality of design and service. The curtains were installed and sewn beautifully and efficiently. Exactly what we wanted. It took a long time to choose, but they chose "Supertextile" and it was the right choice.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Super Textile team represented by designer Inna Budich and directly those who installed the curtains - Slava and Alexandra, for their professionalism, excellent attitude to customers, and desire to satisfy the wishes of their customers to the maximum. My order was placed on March 10, 2023 (Roman curtain, just curtain and tulle) and the curtains were installed on March 25 (under the contract - 04/05-23), i.e. ahead of schedule. When placing an order, I was presented with a huge selection of fabrics and models of curtains and tulle, and the designer Innochka helped me very professionally in choosing the right material. The team that delivered the finished curtains, Slava and Sashenka, also did not disappoint with their work and just a wonderful human attitude. Everything was installed, they told me how to take care of it.
So, if you want to decorate your rooms, improve your mood by communicating with wonderful people - I recommend everyone to contact Supertextile, you will not regret it!

Thank you for the professional approach to work. They coped with my requests perfectly - they needed curtains of a certain design, as in the picture. The quality of fabrics and work is 5+. A couple of days later they arrived and hung up. We will definitely recommend you.
