I'm calling at 15:30 already, I warn you that it's like this, the intercom doesn't work, if you're standing there, I'll come down, to which they replied that they were on their way. Time passes, 16:17:00, there is no one, I call, to which I receive an answer: "we do not know when we will bring it, we are very far from your address," although our address is in the center of the Budyonnovsky district, not some remote edges. No approximate time, absolutely nothing... the laminate was delivered at 19:00. It seems that the consultant for Ilyich is a pleasant man, he told everything and calculated the size, the laminate feels pleasant, but this delivery ruined everything.
It's a terrible store. We ordered laminate flooring on 08/17/2024 (they do not have it in stock) it was Saturday, they said they would bring it next Friday, i.e. 08/23/2024. As a result, I call them on 08/24/2024. They tell me what to expect in the first days of September. I call them on 09/05/2024. the "boorish woman" answered, who took my order and who said that the laminate would be delivered on 08/23/2024. She conducted the dialogue in raised tones. To my question, "Why did she say that the laminate would be delivered in a week, i.e. 08/23/24, and today 05.09.24 and the order has not yet been delivered"? To which she screamed and said she hadn't said that. Specifically, she did not tell me when the laminate would be delivered. As she said, maybe in a week or maybe in a month (the truck may break off). In general, only promises. And yes, I sent them an advance payment of 15 thousand rubles. So I do not advise anyone to contact this sharashkin's office, go around this "store" by the tenth way. Today is already September 11th, and the laminate has not been delivered to me.
We were extremely dissatisfied, I do not recommend using the word at all! We waited 1.5 months for the installation of a stretch ceiling, the mountain masters arrived on January 8, being an hour late and arguing that bad weather conditions. The three of us arrived, we did the work for about 5 hours, we asked for a rag, then a vacuum cleaner...at the same time, leaving a lot of garbage in the room and the saddest thing, when cleaning after their departure, they found 3 scratches on freshly glued wallpaper, a cracked skirting board, and the worst thing is a pothole on the laminate (also fresh and not cheap by the way). In addition, they did their job poorly, namely, they stretched or overstretched the stretch ceiling on the ceiling cornice, there is a small hole near the place where the entrance of the heating pipes was covered! They did not respond to our request to eliminate their flaw, but they said sorry for the ruined repair, our puncher fell off the ladder, I think this is not an argument and you could have called us and told us about what happened right away, and not hide your sins with a shifted bed!!!! By the way, the cost is much more expensive than most other companies in Donetsk, and the quality leaves much to be desired.
Disgusting service. The first order (two doors + platbands + inset locks) was given with a delay of 3 weeks, with which I had to swear and raise my voice. They didn't understand it any other way. The second order (additional order of two platbands) they are only in two months! transferred to the kit. As a result, at the moment the third month has gone, I still don't have any platbands. The eye is already twitching. I don't advise anyone to buy something here.
Frivolous attitude towards customers. For 4 days they assured me on the phone that I could order the door I needed, as a result, no one called back. I went personally, too, to no avail, vague excuses, "we will find out and we will dial you." I don't understand why you should waste your own and other people's time.
We have been familiar with the Superpole store on Ilyich Ave. for a long time, we bought laminate and skirting boards there, a stretch ceiling in the nursery with installation and no complaints arose, we were satisfied with the service, prices and work.
15.01 we decided to purchase interior doors to the hall (double-leaf) and to the nursery in the same store. We chose the doors and accessories, agreed on delivery and installation on 19.01, and on the same day, master Anton came to measure the openings and discuss what else would be needed.
The delivery and doors were not let down, everything was without delay. Big problems have arisen with the installation of doors! More precisely, with the masters! This is outrageous! Tell me, who works in street shoes? The apartment is fully renovated, new linoleum has just been laid. There's a baby at home! What kind of piggishness is it to walk around the rooms like that? Coronavirus!? You haven't heard! You carry around the house what you collected on the way to customers. Respectful attitude - what are you talking about?

Management, explain how this is possible:
The sawing takes place at the clients' houses, turning the apartment into a natural disaster! Their tools are not equipped with special dust collectors and vacuum cleaners. And for what? This is justified only when the fitting is carried out on the spot with the back to the wall. But the installers do not know how to do this, they put the box on the level and figs on the walls, how the cashiers will sit and what they will put in front of the fact that the owners will need further repairs with painting work (repairs are completed, only doors and small things without dirt remained)
What for???? Get a cutting shop, collect the box there, put it ready...
Decided yourself, without asking, to install a lock in the nursery door, which should be in the hall door, why didn't you ask??? Throughout the installation, the husband was at home, it's so hard to ask???
The behavior of the management is also striking, we called the office in the hope of their support and some influence on what is happening, but in response we received only rudeness and full protection of our under-installers!
This is the first time I have come across such behavior, so that the performer dictates his terms to the Customer, and even demonstrates his character!
