I bought a backpack, and after 3 weeks the handle came off. I just came and asked for it to be fixed. I didn't even ask for a change. As a result, they sent me somewhere in Dubai, they say, and with three letters. I had to fix it myself.

Excellent quality, but the tie turned out to be expensive. We found an alternative for a reasonable price.
