Of the pros: Normal staff, fairly normal rooms (not wow, but not a bedbug), overall a good price/quality combination, free parking, clean and safe, across the street Walmart, Marshall, Ross, a bunch of eateries.
Of the cons: located on the outskirts, a lot of African Americans) often not quite trustworthy, the smell of weed. But these are the "disadvantages" of Louisiana rather than a specific motel.
