There are several paths on the territory, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. You change the money at the reception and they give you 10 coins of 10 baht in a separate bag. We recently arrived from there, from the advantages the green territory and beautiful, compared to Arinara and Amora ... the proximity of the sea, which was often dirty, threw out a lot of garbage and kerosene, could not wash off their feet....the room stock is tired, dark, the rooms have not been properly cleaned and have not been washed once..in the dining room, not the staff, but the cerberus, if you want to take a sandwich or something else for a snack to the child, they will tear it apart..This is the first time I 've seen this in hotels ..well, the main disadvantage is the Infection!!!!all children are sick!!!Enterovirus is malicious in swimming pools, and my husband and I got sick too!We rested for 10 days and have been lying flat for a week!vomiting, diarrhea, fever!a so-so attraction for a vacation at the price of half a million rubles ... the hotel has a convenient location. ideal for traveling with children. there is a shop nearby. there is parking on site, massage rooms, in general everything is fine, but mosquitoes fly in the room on the ground floor. and inside the room we are tired. the staff is wonderful. Nice family hotel! Lots of little kids! The room has a kitchenette with a variety of dishes, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator. They cleaned well, there was a problem with the air conditioner, it was solved very quickly! The beach is decent, there are a lot of sunbeds, garbage is cleaned, very clean and pleasant. Nearby there are shops and cafes, currency exchange, market.
Of the cons: dim light in the room, had to turn on all the lamps that were. You can hear the children jumping in the next room, rolling suitcases along the corridors, there were night arrivals of new residents.

The rooms are very cozy, there is a balcony with a table, chairs, a hanger, sun beds in the rooms on the 1st floor, a cozy bathroom with a set of brushes, etc., shampoo and gel in a reusable jar, which is very convenient, a table and a TV, Internet , sponge and dish soap , refrigerator , microwave, towels.. and so
on, cleaning every day, they bring water in glass bottles, a cool gym, a fairly large buffet , 4 swimming pools and much more, but the coast is a little polluted, since people do not clean up after themselves, by the way, they started cleaning it before my departure, it became cleaner! In general, the hotel is very cool!
P.s: at the entrance, the room will smell damp for 1 day, ask to clean your air conditioner and turn it on when you leave, so the smell will disappear! I can't describe EVERYTHING, I can't describe everything!!!

I want to share my impressions of my stay at the Sunwing Bangtao Beach Hotel on Phuket Island. Our journey began with arrival at the hotel, which is located on the first coastline, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Bangtao Beach right from our room.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with modern furniture and appliances, as well as ocean views. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel staff was always ready to help with any issues.
The cuisine at the hotel was varied and delicious, with Thai, Chinese and European dishes, as well as a large selection of seafood. We especially liked the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the island.
Sunwing Bangtao Beach also offers a variety of activities for guests, including a pool with water slides, a spa, a gym and a kids club. For outdoor enthusiasts, it is possible to rent a scooter or bike, as well as go on a tour of the island.
One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location - it is close to the main attractions of the island, such as the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the rooms have a kitchenette with a kettle, refrigerator and microwave. Bags of coffee, milk powder and sugar with tea are brought every day. Cleaning is done every day. On the territory there is a laundry room, a children's center. Baby strollers are rented for a day for 200 baht, you can rent for a week for 1000. There are no irons in the rooms, but there are in the laundry. The main room has a large bed and a daybed, very comfortable with a child. There are two umbrellas in the room, both from the sun and from the rain. A baby cot is also provided on request. Condees work well, you can just put them on ventilation. The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite tasty. Fruits and vegetables, scrambled eggs and omelets, porridges, fried potatoes, many types of bread, chicken and pork sausages are always available. Several types of sausages, quite tolerable. There is lactose-free milk, if it is important to someone. Coffee machines, and juices, tea. Delicious croissants. In general, there is a lot to choose from. There is one red shop near the hotel, the choice in it is quite meager, but you can always find something to eat or have a snack. Opposite the hotel there are three cafes, in all three we ate and what we liked most in the middle. I fed a two-year-old child from the children's menu. The nearest large store (lotus) is about 20 minutes on foot. (For tuk tuk 100 baht) There is also a seven/eleven on the way, here you can always find food for lunch or dinner, not spicy boiled chicken breasts and clear soup with fish, burgers and salads and a lot of ready-made food, just warm up. And there is also a night market on the way and on some other day, I don't know why the night market is open, they close at about 8 pm, there are fruits and vegetables of all kinds and clothes with shoes, but the choice of clothes is meager, there are more and more diverse markets in Patong. There is no entertainment. We were in October. On the day of departure, the children were massively bitten by jellyfish in the sea, but the locals know what to do in such cases.

A disgusting hotel with a very low level of service. There are employees working at the reception who never even smile! Especially one woman named - terribly tense and frankly angry. The impression of the hotel was spoiled starting with her. Further, the rooms are of poor quality, the lighting is like in a dungeon, very dim. It's hard to be in this. The rooms are dark, not as shown in the photo on the website. The rooms have a persistent smell of mold. The territory of the hotel is tiny, the children's room is 5 by 5 meters. For someone it will be a plus, for someone it will be a minus - the hotel consists of 90% Russians. A Russian employee works in the nursery. For me, this is a minus, because it feels like you came to the Moscow region. On the beach is Russian Gelendzhik with tents of goods for sale, rental of water bikes and a bunch of people.
The territory of the hotel is densely planted with greenery - a lot of shade. Again, for someone a plus, for someone a minus. The breakfasts are average, I won't say that they are bad, but also not wow!
Excursions at the reception are offered 2 times more expensive than in Marriott (where we were before Sunwing). All prices inside the sanving are not the cheapest - the dish costs 500 baht on average. More expensive than in Moscow.
The staff speaks little English and hardly smiles, everyone is tense. The dishes in the room are poorly washed, with a touch from past uses. I attach a photo, take a closer look. The toilets in Marriott are cleaner than the dishes here. The places where the dishes are dirty and the paint falls off, which is glued to the dishes as a result. Umbrellas in mold and mildew. Paint is peeling off the furniture. In a word, this is the bottom.

When my travel agent offered several options for a vacation with a child of 10 years old, I read a lot of reviews and stayed at this hotel. Well, I don't know what someone doesn't like, I compared it with 5* Turkey Belek Ultra. Considering that this is 4* and Thailand, everything is on the level. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are not tired at all. The service is excellent, the breakfasts are, of course, not Turkey, but quite decent. Cafes nearby allow you to eat in a very diverse way. Pools at any depth, and of 4 pieces. Definitely, I recommend it. And yes, I saw our compatriots with plates and bags after breakfast. It's a shame, fellow citizens, neither the Germans nor the Chinese do this, only our hungry ones.
