November 24, family, the child is 10 years old. The hotel is wonderful - the rooms, staff, large territory, convenient infrastructure and a very varied breakfast - everything is fine.
The beach itself is an ideal place if you are looking for a compromise between intimacy and the opportunity to unwind. There are cafes, beach clubs with evening shows, massage parlors in any direction from the hotel. At the same time, the beach itself is sparsely populated due to the minimum of hotels nearby. In fact, there are only 3 of them on a very long coastline. There is a restaurant across the street from the entrance to the hotel:
- shop with everything you need (SIM cards, water, yoghurts, ice cream, coffee, hygiene products, alcohol, snacks, etc.)
- a shop with vegetables and smoothies (there are the cheapest coconuts, only 60 baht, they give a tube in a package and special bags)
- kebab and Thai pancakes with banana and nutella
- three restaurants. We went around the circle several times, the food is delicious and safe. The menu is for both children and adults. Thai cuisine is adapted in terms of spices, there is pizza, pasta, burgers for children.
The hotel itself has quite good breakfasts, but the dinners and lunches were disappointing - tasteless, I ordered only desserts, brownies with coffee were quite tasty. There are no European desserts in the street cafes opposite.
If you go to the left of the hotel and walk right along the road, there will be an exchanger, a large food market, even a store with a remarkable leaflet where you can buy something that is prohibited in most countries.
The beach is more detailed. There is shallow water here, 50 meters to the waist, it is very convenient for children. Everything is fenced with buoys, the waves in November were soft, great for entertainment, even grown men were jumping :).
To the left of the hotel, right by the river, there is literally a table with an offer to go by boat to snorkeling or islands. We are very pleased, we regretted that we spent the day and money on an excursion to Racha Yai and Coral. It is much more pleasant to swim several times to snorkeling and a beautiful beach in just 20 minutes than to get up at 6 a.m., drive for a long time, then swim for a long time in cramped conditions, and see exactly the same thing. One trip costs 2000 baht per boat, and the tour costs 1500 from the bow.
If you want evening entertainment, shopping and a variety of food, then for 200 baht you can take a tuk-tuk to Boat Avenue, 100 to the nearest night market and Poppy, there is also a large hypermarket and a pharmacy, 7/12. It's worth walking, there are no sidewalks as such, lighting is also far away.
I summarize the above briefly - we are very happy with the trip, thanks to the hotel, location and beach, it was a very good choice.

I really liked the hotel. A small area, cozy and very green, with jungle corners and swimming pools. The first line, always a clean beach. Wonderful very extensive breakfasts by the sea. For breakfast there are different types of eggs, in pm an omelet with fillings, several types of cereals, soups, broths, tea, coffee, juice, various pastries, in pm and gluten-free, a variety of fruits are delicious.
There are two restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner.
Delicious pizza, tom yam, and other Thai dishes. Good wine and various cocktails.
There is a shop with everything you need next to the hotel. There are very good restaurants near the hotel or you can walk along the beach.
Friendly staff. Good room cleaning. A good massage on the beach. There is an animation that is very fun for children. Beautiful sea and a beach with singing sand. Like it.

A great hotel for a family holiday! In principle, you can take an all-inclusive meal plan and spend the whole vacation at the hotel. The hotel has 2 delicious restaurants, massage, 4 good pools (with a depth level from child to adult) and 2 children's paddling pools, table tennis, billiards, children's rooms, a large territory and of course its own beach with sun loungers. Sun loungers are also available around each pool. We had a package with breakfast and they were decent, you won't leave hungry (the buffet is good). The hotel grounds are cleaned every day, so everything is clean. There are 2 water slides (one is right for kids, and the second is interesting even for an adult). The rooms are spacious (in good condition for Thailand) with the same balconies and even have a small kitchen. Next to the hotel there is a Tool's Daily store (tipo 7 elaven), an exchanger with an average profitable rate, 1 restaurant and 2 tipo restik (I would call them a cafe). It's quite tasty everywhere. The area is not at all lively, but approximately about 1 km on foot and you will find everything you need (a supermarket, small retail outlets, pharmacies, makashnitsy, rental vehicles, and a night market that operates 2 times a week). I'll give you a minus star for cleaning the rooms. They do it as superficially as possible and in order to be well cleaned, you need to "poke your nose" at them. Overall, the hotel left a delightful impression.

We had a family vacation on 15/07-28/07. The hotel specializes in holidays with children. There are many pools with different depths, unfortunately there is only one slide. There is a kids' club and a room for teenagers with consoles. The sea is just a step away from the hotel, and that's what bribed the most. I did not swim in the sea, only jump on the waves, because in July it is restless. Massage on site on the street. Big tent, doing well. The price is even lower than in the salons in the city. I was pleased with the option in the restaurant-you take a dish from the main menu and the child eats for free and as much as he wants from the children's menu. The youngest son was happy to order chicken parmigiano with boiled potatoes and spaghetti with meatballs.😁 It is difficult for children to get used to Thai cuisine, but here are clear and delicious dishes.
The rooms are quite spacious, but the bathroom is very modest, like 3* hotels. The shower head is behind a glass partition, the drain is in the floor, there is no bathtub, hygiene kits were not replenished. Towels were changed, but the bed had to be changed.The audibility in the rooms is strong, but it's everywhere in Thailand and Vietnam. Everything else is fine. The breakfast is a buffet, quite varied. Fruits varied, 2 types of cereals, different eggs, Indian and Thai dishes, pastries, various juices (not freshly squeezed, but delicious)
There are great girls at the reception, all issues were resolved within 5 minutes. We rented a car and often went shopping, so the time flew by quickly. In general, I recommend the hotel, but it's not worth waiting for a full 4*. It's not bad for Thailand. Juices and shakes are cheap (60-100 baht) right next to the hotel across the street. The hotel has 120-150 baht. The exchange rate was 1batt-2.5 rubles

The hotel is international, nice, clean, for a relaxing family holiday with young children, elevators and ramps are provided in the buildings (except for the beach strip, there is no pier near the hotel). The rooms are huge, with terraces with a table and chairs, the territory is green in flowers and palm trees, there are many pools of different depths between the buildings, there are children's water slides and a playground + rooms by age, under a canopy from the sun, there is a net for water volleyball, ping pong, a bunch of massage parlors on the beach. Breakfasts for every taste take place in a cafe on the shore with a magnificent view of the sea, prices at the bar are twice too high, prices for dinner at the restaurant + are similar to the three cafes opposite the hotel, but there is a bonus: when ordering dishes for adults, the children's menu is free. The Internet was catching, the room was good, there were many places for clothes, suitcases, a kitchenette, a microwave and dishes, beds, a table with a corner sofa with a table. When there was a power outage for a day due to a thunderstorm, they did well and immediately started their generator after 10 minutes. It did not affect our rest and breakfast in the cafe. The staff is nice, friendly, all our requests were fulfilled the first time. About 10 minutes walk to the right every evening there was a fire show on the beach, there is a hangout place Bang Tao. And there are a lot of construction sites along the paved road, but no sounds of construction were heard on the territory of the hotel. There is a nuance to the beach after a storm and strong waves bring plastic garbage and jellyfish from the sea, but the staff cleans it all daily, it's a lot of work! And the sand on the beach is wonderful, the view is beautiful, trees grow on the shore and you can hide in their shade. Opposite the hotel there are three cafes and a minimarket, one fruit stall where fresh was made did not always work, and one lady came to fry pancakes. The rest of the infrastructure is far away, there is nowhere else to go, only along the roads, you need your own transport. The conclusion is that everything is great in the hotel, but there is nothing much to do outside the hotel. Of course there are excursions. But if you need more shops, cafes, entertainment outside the hotel, then it is better to choose other beaches. It turned out that all the tourist spots were removed. I really liked the hotel, but I would like to have ice cream, delicious cafes and a selection of fruits

A solid four. Everything is clean, well maintained and beautiful. There is a club for children, there is an unobtrusive animation for adults. On food: it's boring, but you can always find something to eat, there's not much fruit. It does not happen that the food in the tray runs out, this is strictly monitored. The cleaning was good, the floors were washed, the linen was changed. There were always enough sun beds near the pool, there were a lot of free ones, but next to the beach you need to come early. In general, I recommend it!

We had a rest with the whole family in August 2024. I share my impressions about the hotel, the advantages: 1. The hotel is located in a very beautiful, calm, landscaped place next to the beach, at the entrance to the beach there are quite a lot of sun beds on the territory of the hotel, which are under the trees; 2. The territory is well-groomed, very green, birds, lizards, butterflies) 3. Room cleaning is solid 4, if you pay a tip, then they will clean it better ) 4. The hotel staff is responsive and responds to requests quickly, but there is no Russian-speaking staff. 5. The breakfasts are 100% monotonous, but everything is quite tasty, it was important for us that the coffee was delicious))) and the coffee is normal there! 6. The lunches and dinners at the hotel are excellent, European cuisine. There is also Thai, but we haven't tried it. 7. There is a coast guard on the beach, which monitors those swimming in the sea so that people observe safety when at sea during a storm. The disadvantages are not so significant: 1. There are no lifeguards at the pools, in one pool there is a slide, from which children sometimes very unsafe rolled down. 2. I had to additionally ask the staff for cleaning. 3. A lot of Chinese are noisy-noisy-noisy... 4. Queues for breakfast tables during rush hour from 10 to 11. 5.In the mornings, sometimes noisy work was carried out on the territory of the hotel (mowing, sawing, rolling something heavy). Summing up, I can safely recommend this hotel for families with children.

The hotel is perfect for families with children. There are many pools on the territory, there is a children's room with animators. For adults, billiards, gym, aqua aerobics and massage. We had breakfast included - all 9 days are the same, but you can find a suitable one for yourself. The territory is clean, lots of greenery. The first line, along the shore in both directions there are cafes and restaurants. There are several cafes, a supermarket, and a fruit shop outside the territory. There is a night market nearby, but it is open on certain days. There you can buy various fruits and seafood at a very pleasant price. You can take a tuk tuk to another night market, there are also supermarkets, pharmacies, food courts and more. Among the disadvantages: the room stock is already outdated. There is little light in the room.

Nice hotel. Excellent territory, surrounded by greenery, there are many buildings, but they do not interfere with each other. The hotel is good, bed linen and towels are changed regularly, and the room is also cleaned. Breakfast food, as everywhere in all-inclusive hotels, taking into account Chinese dishes, because there are vacationers from China. There were also Germans, British, and French. We would have returned, BUT! There is one drawback, next to the hotel a small river flows into the sea, in my opinion a sewage channel, with an appropriate smell. It is a pity that there are no sewage treatment plants. This is the main disadvantage of the coast. If we go back to Phuket, I'll look for another beach.

It's good to relax with children here! My three-year-old daughter was delighted with the pools for toddlers and a lot of toys. I really liked the room "happy baby", it has everything you need: a high chair, a bathing tub, a step for the baby, a crib, toys and its own enclosed terrace. The hotel is not new, but at the same time the staff is very professional, polite and nimble. I liked that there are two restaurants on the territory with a children's menu, you can not go anywhere.

We are currently vacationing in this hotel with the whole family. There are 5 of us: mom, dad, baby 1.7, grandma and grandpa.
We really like everything! I rarely write reviews, but in the case of this hotel, I couldn't help but do it!
Everything is fine here!
Excellent staff, keep clean, solve absolutely any problem, clean the room every day and provide two free new bottles of water.
About the breakfasts: they are also very good
We find something to eat every day. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30. We wake up early and eat several meals. No one is kicking us out. There is enough food for everyone. The child also has food. There are dairy and dairy-free cereals, omelets, chicken sausages, fresh fruits, rice with vegetables and so on.
After breakfast, the staff cleans, cleans, and cleans everything very quickly. We arrived after breakfast in 5 minutes, and they washed the tables with cleaning products, as well as all the windows, chairs. The kitchen was perfectly clean.
The hotel has a good location. The store is 1 minute away. It works around the clock, is located across the street. A pharmacy, fruits are far enough away. It takes about 10 – 15 minutes on foot. But you can use a tuk-tuk, the cost is 150 Baht per car.
I really like that the hotel has its own access to the sea. There are no roads, no horses. A beautifully sandy beach is right there.
The hotel is also great for children. There is an indoor playground. A cot is provided in the room if necessary. There are high chairs for children at breakfast
What about lunch and dinner, Otherwise you can eat right on the premises. Where there was breakfast. Lunch starts at 12. And it seems to be dinner from 18. You buy with money. The prices are affordable, the menu is varied

The hotel is great. The rooms are well maintained, the furniture is decent. Cleaning every day. Towels and water are changed daily. The bed linen was changed every other day. Everything is clean and tidy. Decent pools, there are a lot of them on the territory. You can choose by yourself. I'll say this about the restaurant - monotony. But at least there is something not fried in it: cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, fresh peppers. There is a nice girl at the reception, Alexandra, who is always ready to help.

We are vacationing with two children at the moment from 09.04.24 to 19.04.24. The hotel is amazing. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. The room has just everything you need and a little more (even umbrellas are available). The rooms are large. I recommend if you have small children, take the first floor. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sun loungers. There are always places, even for four people. There are many pools with different depths. Attentive and courteous staff. Everything and everywhere is clean. The only thing I want to add a tar boat is food. The breakfasts are good, lots of fruits and generally varied. But here, going to lunch (we don't have it on) was a disappointment. The first time they brought the wrong dish (it was important, because they brought it with an egg, and I'm allergic to eggs. And in general, everything was not very tasty. But there is an interesting point that the children's lunch menu is free for children. And the children liked both hot dogs and burgers. In general, I still give an excellent rating. You'll like everything. And you can eat across the street from the hotel.

Tiffany's lady boy is working at the reception, very, very rude and not customer-oriented. A girl or a guy named Gift also works at the kids' club, and for some reason they explained to my little child that if a boy wants to become a girl, then he can become one. In general, if I wanted to dedicate a child to this topic, I probably would have settled in the Patong area....In general, our visit to the children's room ended there.
The rest of the staff is wonderful, they will always help, quickly and politely.

Recently arrived from this hotel. I highly recommend it to families with children, but I will warn you that the rest will be only on the territory of the hotel and the beach. The infrastructure nearby is small, three cafes right across the street prices are slightly higher than they could be for 1100 baht for three to eat. You can also eat in the hotel restaurant, as in a cafe, but the menu is not particularly large. There is a good supermarket across the street, but there are no diapers in them, keep in mind. To the nearest Big C on Kamala, we went there by taxi, which was ordered at the reception for 200 baht, he did not wait for us back and caught us from the road for 500 baht, a total of 700 baht round trip, and the assortment in that Big C Kamala is not very good (because the taxi application did not come, alas, they tried for a long time They called me through the application to wait. )
The beach is excellent, the entrance is gradual, there were not many people in January, because of the earthquakes in Japan, the wave was 20 centimeters in the first days.
The only thing is that the roots of the pines wash out and the descent is not convenient everywhere from the hotel (the roots stick out in some places). Sun beds for hotel guests are free, but they are not right by the shore, those who want to get closer take their own sun beds - towels.
The rooms are beautiful, the bed linen is clean, we were changed every day. Sometimes I called the reception and asked to change the towels, because they supposedly have to be thrown on the bathroom floor otherwise they won't change during cleaning. At the request, the maid immediately comes and changes and cleans everything that is necessary.
In this hotel, they do not wash the floor, but sweep it thoroughly. This is, of course, an opening for me, but after cleaning it is straight clean.
Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30, perhaps, like in good hotels. There are dragon fruit, watermelon, pineapple and mango, a lot of vegetables, different pastries, standard Thai soup, chicken sausages, beef, I haven't tried everything in 13 days of vacation. It is easy to find a table with a sea view at breakfast, especially if you get up early, or vice versa at 10:00.
The massage parlor is the best right on the beach, prices per hour oil from 400 baht, where the purple uniform, but you can find cheaper for 300 baht, they will also give you water as a gift, a little to the right along the beach, choose a lot of them according to the price and appearance of the place / employees.
There is a laundry room of 80 baht/kg. There is also drying, again convenient.It is not profitable to go to other laundries, you will pay more for the road.
You can return to this hotel with children. For some, it is better to be closer to the Markets and Night Streets.
The hotel itself is super. There are many pools, but we swam only in the sea. By the pool in the evening, you can lower your legs and it's beautiful, the entourage.

A great hotel for families with children. The first coastline, the beach next to the hotel is completely open, there is no Anapa, only bathing with towels. There are pools for every taste - from paddling pools to more or less deep ones (1.8), there are in the sun, there are in the shade. Two restaurants where the food is delicious are not cheap, but children under 12 eat for free (if parents order something for themselves), this compensates for the price, it turns out to be slightly more expensive than street stalls (if not compared with street stalls at night markets).
They are cleaned daily, the infrastructure on the territory is completely self-sufficient. There are few places outside within walking distance with a stroller, but you can walk to the supermarket.
There is a children's room and English-speaking animators for children, we were not too old, but the older children liked it

A towel is provided by the hotel. BUT: if suddenly the loss of a towel is fined 800 baht, and even if the sunbeds were on the hotel grounds, but near the beach, like there are no cameras and no one will look for a towel:((( We have one missing, I don't know who and how, they went swimming - they didn't come back. For a long time they tried to catch a Russian girl at the reception to tell about the incident, then for a few more days to find out the result of her searches for our towel. In general, we somehow agreed that we would fill out the questionnaire and not pay the fine, and that was only because we did it for another Russian family. Keep this in mind, it's not very pleasant. Upon check-in, the deposit is $ 200. Bangtao beach is gorgeous, we are not resting for the first time: there are few people, the water is clean. But if you suddenly wanted activities on the water like surfing, then it's definitely not here, but on Kata or Karon beach. Here the maximum is a sailing catamaran, kayak and snorkeling near the cape. But for children and in general for lovers of calm swimming, there is a gorgeous entrance to the water, clean, shallow. There are a couple of cafes, a shop and an exchange near the hotel, you have to go to the rest. There are also shops, bars, etc. It's not right next to the hotel, it's very quiet from here. To order a taxi, we used the indrive application. The Internet at the hotel is generally working fine. There is also a massage parlor on the territory of the hotel: near the beach, prices are like everywhere else (foot massage 300 baht, Oil - 400 baht), but at least the selection at the hotel is better, in general I went to Oil massage - I was satisfied. There are a couple of bars and a restaurant also on site. In general, the hotel is excellent.

Great hotel. I really liked everything. Nice green area, lots of pools for different ages. One has a slide, the children really like it. It is located on the first line of the most gorgeous Bang Tao beach. We lived in room 7110. The room is large and well equipped. There was a baby carriage, a cocoon, a playpen, baby robes, toys, a feeding table. This room has a sea view and a private terrace with sun beds, which is very convenient. We took breakfast. I consider the choice sufficient to leave well-fed: porridges, cheeses, toasts, all kinds and forms of egg dishes, muesli, cereals and even lactose-free milk. This is from the usual European menu, as well as rice, noodles, soup and various things for the Thai version. The staff is very friendly. The cleaning is normal, without fanaticism, but with mopping. That's enough for me. The best Pine tree restaurant is nearby. A great place, a wonderful vacation. Thanks!

We had a rest in September 2024 and were completely delighted.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained and landscaped, there are many pools, the beach is large and comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and cleaning was carried out daily.
An exchange office and a cafe are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

We liked the hotel! A chain hotel with good pools, the first line, a dining area overlooking the sea and this is a big plus, the breakfasts are standard (eggs of all kinds, omelette, pancakes, rice, noodles, fruits and vegetables). We also went to dinner sometimes, but we didn't always like everything. At the same time, when ordering from the main menu, everything is free for children from the children's menu. The hotel is very well maintained and clean everywhere. The rooms are large, besides the beds there is also a corner sofa where we spent a lot of time. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and a large refrigerator. There is ice cream at the pool bar. There is also a playroom with computer games, as well as a kindergarten for kids. I really liked that there is a laundry room, you can wash it if necessary. We were a cat and there were very few people, but there is still animation. During the day, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball and aqua bike. You can smoke in three designated areas and it's very healthy. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. If you are traveling with young children, it is good to take rooms on the ground floor of happy baby, the rooms have a stroller, a feeding table, etc. We took a studio and were provided with only a playpen bed for free, everything else including a pot and a table for a rent of 100 Baht per day. If you are eating with a baby who eats canned food, then take them with you, including fruit and vegetable purees. We were faced with the fact that the food even in large stores did not suit us, vegetable purees are all based on potatoes and fruit ones are based on bananas and very sweet. There is little choice of porridge, but we ate them plus took them with us. We bought a container and at breakfast we took the soup that we fed the child at lunch.
We liked Bangtao beach. We have already been to Thailand 9 times and have been almost everywhere from Karon to Khao Lak, so there is something to compare it with. There are no sunbeds for money, so nothing spoils the view. There are cafes and bars on the shore (there are very atmospheric ones). The hotels on the first line are all 4 and 5 stars. It's good to walk along the beach.
Now about the cons. Next to the hotel there is a river flowing into the sea, there is no smell, but the view spoils. As I said, the pot is for rent). Beach towels are changed by time until 17:00. Room cleaning is not always good, I want to wash the floors myself. There are only three cafes and one supermarket outside the hotel and there is no fruit shop. We took a tuk tuk to the lotus market and supermarket for 100 baht. There are also many restaurants, a pharmacy and a 7/11 shop opposite the Premier Bangtao hotel.
To sum up, the hotel left a positive impression. The hotel staff is very good. I can recommend the hotel and would come back again myself.

We stayed at this hotel from 11/26/26/2023. The hotel is located on the first line, this is a very big plus. We had enough food for breakfast, and maybe it was monotonous, but there is something to choose from. Hotel sun beds under the trees in the shade, we didn't really like it and we walked a little to the right and there we took sun beds for 100 baht, they are closer to the sea, there is an umbrella and not people at all, we liked it there more. The hotel has one iron for the whole hotel, take clothes that do not crumple :) there is also self-service washing and drying (80 baht) on the day of departure, we went to the sea for a swim, came put the dryer on for 40 minutes, threw 80 baht coins and took completely dry things, very convenient. There is a Russian girl Anna at the reception at the hotel, we rarely met with her, but when necessary she always helps (bring her Chuck Chuck, she loves him). At the entrance, we had a deposit of $ 100 per person, they are taken away, put in an envelope, you sign and at the exit they are given back, so take $ 100 more than you are going to spend.

Very good indeed! A family friendly hotel. Everything is provided. 2 weeks of good rest, not counting a couple of incidents with jellyfish. It happens that they sting a lot, but the bar knows perfectly well how to cope with the consequences and immediately provide first aid. .The breakfasts are average. Cleaning for 4. The staff is very friendly. The beach is wonderful, with huge coniferous trees, but with places sticking out rebar in concrete.. and sharp stones in the area of the sunbeds.. it is not clear why this cannot be eliminated. Great guys animators, with wonderful voices did not let you get bored in the evenings. In principle, we are happy with the rest.

The hotel is excellent, the breakfasts, taking into account our pickiness, are very good, there is everything you need from baby food to bacon and coffee, the omelet is cooked in front of you. First line, exit from the restaurant to the beach. There are several pools, one with a slide for children, the second deeper, with a volleyball net and basket rings - they hung out in it. Our room is a royal family suite on the third floor - there is more than enough space for us in three rooms, the child sleeps separately on a separate full-fledged bed, animals do not fly into the room, there is a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, sink with water, dishes. they are cleaned well, the loggia accommodates a dryer, a table and 3 chairs. The hotel is clean, they speak all languages, there are much fewer Russians relative to the lower beaches, which is good news, the hotel has everything that is stated on booking sites. Drinking water is supplied every day. Nearby (within walking distance) there is a place for lunch and dinner. I looked into other rooms, to be honest, I did not see the difference, perhaps it will differ only in the distance from the sea (again in steps). This is the 6th time, there are no complaints. The beach is clean, the sea is clear and transparent. The prices do not differ from other locations. The Family market is across the street. The big market is a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi for 100 baht. $100=3340 baht. The exchanger is across the street. Everything is fine, I would still like to come. We have been vacationing with my wife at this hotel since 04/17/20224. Before that, we lived for 10 days in Arinar. It seems to be a four too, but Sunwing, in my opinion, is just an order of magnitude better (although I also liked Arinara). You can pre-weigh your luggage and hand luggage before departure so that there are no problems at the airport. Two Russian-speaking employees. Excellent rooms with a kitchenette (toaster, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, full set of dishes), if only there was a coffee machine (but I probably want too much :)). Upon check-in, fruits, chips, cola, a bottle of dry red wine, cookies are free of charge (I have never seen such an amount in any hotel). Daily cleaning, high-quality. The rooms are located so that almost every balcony has a sea view. We lived in the 8th building - in general, the view is just super! There seem to be 5 pools, we do not use pools, so for us it is only as a decoration of the hotel. For children, water slides, animation, etc. Very beautiful and well-maintained territory. Excellent breakfasts are also overlooking the sea. The beach is clean, there were no jellyfish. There are enough sun beds for everyone, although the hotel was completely full. Nearby restaurants on the beach, beach clubs, beach activities. In general, we really liked the hotel, keep working in the same spirit! Thanks for the rest, we plan to come back again.

Market 3 times a week. One in the Lotus parking lot on Wednesday. And a little further away from the Lotus and closer to the hotel: Monday and Thursday.
