This is the end of the administrator's service. After coming to the next procedure and completing half of the course, the administrator informed me that I had not signed up. The recording took place on Instagram, so I showed her our correspondence, but I did not receive a response. And please note that it is difficult to find free places, as soon as you purchase a subscription, it is also difficult to find a convenient appointment for you.....therefore, I signed up a week in advance...but the administrator did not find my account. I gave one star for the work of master Anna.
I have purchased a subscription for 3 promotional services. The "service" started immediately after the first procedure, when the administrator asked me to name my weight and said, "Wow, wow."
This administrator has not heard of tactics. It was unpleasant, but I didn't say anything.
The first procedure went well, but the master who performed it for me ran the device over my body with one hand, and just sat on the phone with the other.
I closed my eyes, because this is my first experience in this massage, I didn't know it wasn't ok)
After that, the recording was postponed BECAUSE ANOTHER girl WAS ASKING for my time.
I am a man who values his time very much. I didn't swear, they rescheduled it.
On the day of the transfer, the administrator writes to me and says that the master has force majeure. They suggest rescheduling the time, or a male master will give me a massage.
I have nothing against men, but I didn't want to lie down with my chest practically open.
After that, the salon offered only its apologies, and the recording was rescheduled for me. No discount, but at least for the rental of a suit due to the current situation was not offered)
The second time, I went to another master, Anna, and I liked her. A very friendly girl, explained everything, performed the service well.

Today I come, having spent money and time on the road, having previously made an appointment with Anna 3 days in advance, and it turns out that another girl has been signed up with Anna, who successfully entered the office. I was offered a replacement for the master, but with such an attitude towards me, it's not the first time, I'm sorry, it's just terrible.
I got my money back for one procedure, so who's going to give me my time back?
There is no concept of service, from the word at all. "You were recorded by another person, not me"

To sum up - wasted nerves, mood and time.
