I had a rest in September 2021. The hotel is quiet, family-run and needs renovation, but for the money it is very good.The sea through the underpass is 5 minutes, there are a lot of sunbeds in the beach bar, coffee, fanta, sprite cola water. The food is decent for the four of you, you will not be hungry.Ice cream and pastries are all there. The bar has wine, vodka and beer. The only advantage is that the sea is nearby....walk 10-15 minutes through the underpass and were very well fed: fruits, pastries and everything is delicious and plentiful. An animator worked on the territory until 23:00 and arranged entertainment for adults and children. Unfortunately, there were no more entertainment and entertainment events. As it is, nothing else is good. The rooms were sparse: a wardrobe, a bed, a TV, a bathroom.... They were not cleaned every day. The beach is private, but there are a lot of stones. The hotel is located in a small village with a beautiful view of the mountains. The elevator is working. There is a hammock on site and the Turk cooks very tasty chebureks right outside in the fresh air. I stayed at this hotel 8-9 years ago with my sister, her little daughter and my mother. I wrote everything that I remember from memory. I don't know how it is now.

We had a rest in September 2021. After reading the reviews, we were very upset, the tour operator sold the hotel as a 4-star category, but upon arrival we realized that there was a maximum of 2. About everything in order. What pleased me is that the sea is really 10 minutes on foot! but!!! The approach is terrible, rocky-rocky bottom, with huge sharp and slippery cobblestones, on which they injured their leg in the first days of rest. There were enough sun beds. The beach is dirty: cups, cigarette butts and other things that people are not able to carry to the trash can. At first we were offered a room on the ground floor, the room was dirty, it was not cleaned at all after the previous tenants. Dirty broken toilet, sink in hair and streaks. We immediately asked for another room, it was the same. As a result, we found a more or less "clean" room, and we stayed there. The bed was clean. The closet in the room was broken, without a door, which stood next to the wall. The pressure, as previously written, is disgusting in the shower, a thin trickle, with varying success there is hot water. They didn't want to change our towels, coming up with 1000 reasons why they couldn't do it. As a result, the day before departure, someone brought used towels under the guise of clean ones. The bed linen has never been changed in 8 days. The air conditioner in the next room was buzzing so that the wall was shaking with vibration. If you have a light sleep, either buy earplugs or persuade your roommate to sleep at night without air conditioning. About food. People wrote about the monotonous food. To some extent, yes. There are greens, there was rice, pasta, pastries from the side dishes, something is unclear in the batter, they gave chicken every day, soy cutlets and sausages. There were apples and bony, not sweet watermelons. The staff is really trying to help you figure it out. In the dining room, the guys are cleaning the tables, there were enough dishes. We tried to look for positive moments and enjoy the sun and the sea. Those who want a comfortable stay in a hotel are definitely not there. WiFi is paid, $ 2. It catches only at the neighboring building or on high floors. Speed will not please you, who needs it for work.

They moved into room 2505 on the 5th floor..To say that I was terrified is to say nothing! The room was dirty, the toilet smelled, the toilet door was broken, and in principle it did not close, the shower was cold, the refrigerator was rusty, electricity only works by key, there are sockets, but apparently for beauty, one outlet works.
The attitude of the staff towards the guests is boorish, they have comrades there who offer "excursions" around Alanya, the tour begins with the reception of the hotel and ends with a leather and fur store somewhere at the end of the city, we refused such happiness, to which Messrs. Ahmed, Ferhad and Ms. Zarina replied, "Why are you you spoil our business and dissuade people"

THE HOTEL SUCKS!
When choosing special requirements for the hotel, I did not offer: a shower, a bed, a swimming pool, my own beach... The manager at the sale "ornately" hinted that it was better to see a younger hotel ..., but on the Coral travel website this hotel is marked "Recommended", and even 4 stars ..., DECEPTION AND BRAZEN "pairing".
The general condition of the hotel is unsanitary: dirt in the corners of the rooms, the furniture is old and dirty, the refrigerators are rusty, dirty dishes with leftovers cost 3-4 days throughout the hotel, the bed linen is earthy, torn, all cleaning in the room is making swans out of dirty towels, or scattering flowers on torn, fanned bedspreads, and even at a time when everyone is in the rooms (at about 14-15 hours). The garbage bag appeared in the bucket on day 4, the next day it was thrown out with the garbage and the remaining days the bucket was without a package. Therefore, I took out the garbage myself. Dust and debris (cigarette butts, dried loaves) in the suitcase room, cats in the canteen (I can't call it a restaurant), the girl Camilla's dog runs around the territory and outside the hotel, Camilla runs after the dog with a whistle, therefore, she is often absent from the workplace, plastic glasses in the canteen, plastic plates😂, which should be wiped with napkins before use (napkins turn light orange after wiping the plates). The pool has never been closed for a sanitary hour in 10 days, the water has not changed, a hotel employee once poured chlorine into the pool from a bucket and all the cleaning ..., the water in the pool is cloudy.
The sun loungers on the beach are so dirty that towels and things got dirty on them, the toilets and the beach bar are in a completely unsanitary condition, drinking water from a sediment cooler. The underground pedestrian crossing from the hotel to the beach is often used by someone as a "public toilet", it was cleaned once in 10 days (they filled it with water, along which pedestrians immediately scattered the sand, and everything turned into a solid mess).
Shower in the room - hot water during the day, cold at night. The mixer is in it just like that, twist, turn - the result is the same...
The same girl from the reception, Camilla, will at best make innocent eyes at your questions and problems, at worst she allows herself to say: "Get out of here." For the transfer from the room in the 1st building (where the window did not close, the entire outlet fell out behind the electronic key, not covered with protection, dirt and old furniture) to the 2nd building (where there was a torn bed, boxes with electrical wiring were not covered, the furniture was newer, but still dirty), she took $ 20, when by asking for this: "Just so that no one finds out about it anywhere." Almost always, the reception staff, unlike other hotel staff, are in the workplace WITHOUT MASKS!
If you want a Lunchbox, Camilla will promise it to you, but no one will do it, do not even hope, neither when going on a 2-day excursion, nor when leaving the hotel early! The bulk of the residents of the hotel "steal food in their pockets", because they have already been "thrown" with Lunch Boxes.
Wifi in the hotel ($2) per day, but this does not mean that you will be able to use it, it does not catch😕 everywhere.
Nutrition: you can eat greens, olives, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelons and freshly cooked vegetables, everything else is in deep doubt. Remember which dishes you saw at the distribution yesterday, I do NOT RECOMMEND them! There are always queues at the distribution in the canteen and at the bar for drinks!

We had a rest in May 2019. The only advantage of this hotel is its close location to the sea. During the two weeks of rest, the cleaning was done twice (several times a day they asked to be cleaned, it was useless), the garbage was taken out a little more than 3 times. Food, in the first week everything was fine at first, but in the second week: for breakfast there were only eggs, cheese, sausage, daily. What was not eaten for lunch was given for dinner, and vice versa. Of course, we weren't completely hungry, but we definitely won't go there again.

There is dirt in the canteen, flies, dishes with broken edges, it is poorly washed, there are not enough forks, glasses too, you even have to drink tea and coffee from plastic cups. ONE teaspoon for the whole hotel. There is not enough bed linen, even a towel is given out for two, it is changed once a week. Internet is paid $ 2 per day, there is no safe in the rooms, a safe is paid $ 2 per day at the reception. There is no security, a courtyard in the middle of the hotel is a street, there is no beach fight on the beach, there is no lifeguard. The sun beds and tables on the beach are broken, the mattresses are torn and all the colorful ones can be seen collected from decommissioned at other hotels. The hotel is just disgusting
There is no service.
We came across such a problem: we asked the man who cleans the rooms to change the bed linen, to which he replied "yes, of course, wait 5 minutes" well, how long do you think these 5 minutes lasted? The bed linen was changed for us only the next day and only on one bed.
But that's not all. The food is simply disgusting. The choice is small. Flies are flying. There are cracks on the plates.
The only advantages are a good swimming pool and animator girls
