A very cool hotel! Friendly, always smiling staff! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every other day! The hotel has 3 swimming pools, towels are provided. Very convenient location! I liked everything very much!!!

We just returned from this hotel, which left a very mixed impression. There are enough advantages: excellent location, chic and varied breakfasts, friendly and helpful guy from the staff in the reception lobby, a nice rooftop pool. That's where the advantages end. The promiscuity of the Indians, which is not stopped in any way, or even encouraged: there is a chatter at breakfast, noise throughout the room; first they "walk" at night on the pool, and then they sleep on these sun loungers until the morning; noise at night; while Russians are kicked out of the pool before 6 pm (although this is the working time of the pool!). Room cleaning is not to say that it is of high quality, they do not regularly report water, they had to buy it, and then they climb into the refrigerator and see that there is water. That is, if you bought water yourself, then the mandatory 2 bottles per day will not be delivered to you, there is....1 bottle of water from the mini bar we drank, no problem, we will pay, but at check-out we were given an invoice for 2 bottles (each 40 baht for a second), allegedly the second one was open. They brought us this bottle, full, untouched, turned on the fools and demanded payment. Well... They paid and left.

The breakfasts are varied, although it used to be very noisy, thanks to the Indians, but this did not bother us, the room was carefully cleaned daily, towels were changed, the coffee table was filled + 2 bottles of water. We used 2 cans of beer in the bar at the check-out, paid at the reception, The price is 3 times more expensive than in the store, In general we liked everything, we recommend it!

A simple Thai hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast is excellent. The elevator is very fast, it really drives. The pools are so-so. Opposite 7/11, pharmacy, massage. The mall is 2 minutes away. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Volkin. It is located in the middle of the street. A bike dealer often comes. Sometimes cheap fruit trucks arrive.

Quite a decent hotel, not bad breakfasts, the rooms are clean, but the shower is surprising - almost in the same position and the absence of a glass door, get ready that there will be a lot of water on the floor). It is also worth noting that there is no dryer on the balcony (and in general it is missing, dry things on the balcony railing :)).

And that's all for breakfast in unlimited quantities. There are two clean swimming pools on the territory. Security. Polite staff. Linen is changed daily, separate beach towels, shampoo, gel and shower caps. The room has a TV, air conditioning. It's not far from the sea. Very convenient location. Russian tourists are in demand. I recommend.

The hotel corresponds to the stated one, lived on the 7th floor, the room is clean, bed linen is fresh, cleaning is daily, breakfasts are normal. One disadvantage is the lack of a balcony in the room. The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 minutes to the beach, close to bars, shops, shopping center Festival. Tuk-tuk is nearby, it is cheap to get to any part of Pattaya. I recommend. The hotel does not speak Russian at all.

The hotel itself and the location are good. The only negative is a lot of Indians who constantly gather in groups, yelling by the pool on the 1st floor. They swim in the pool, food is next to the sides, they eat rice with their hands, then they wash their hands in the pool. Everything is great in so many ways, there are no complaints.

So comfort is unnecessary when vacationing in Thailand. I had a rest in March-April 2010. About cleaning, one of them scribbled here - she's lying. Clean cleanly and at a time when you are not there. He left things on the bed and even money - it did not disappear. They didn't even take the bucks as a tip. On the third day, I had to personally thank the maid by handing over some laundry and ironing to her. With children in Pattaya, in fact, you should not relax, there is Phuket for that. If you decide to go there, I advise you. Of those whom I met in 10 days, everyone said that they would definitely go here (and this particular hotel) and not expensive and very convenient location. Take care of your feet, don't rely too much on transport - the traffic there is just terribly extreme by our standards))).

An excellent hotel with excellent breakfasts, a wonderful location and attentive staff. I highly recommend it to tourists. It is located in a busy area. I do not recommend it with children. I will definitely return to this hotel if I am in Pattaya! I was also pleased with the rooftop pool. The rooms are cleaned daily.
